Appliance Sale
The first refrigerator ordered arrived dented. The provider immediately took responsibility - and delivered a new unit - not charging for shipping. They also then gave me a huge discount on a new item - in the end I increased my order by 300% for items because:
1. They followed up every email with a phone call
2. They went out of their way to deal with shippers- calling them on my behalf to ensure timely delivery
3. They checked in after every delivery to make sure all was well
4. They went above and beyond double packing items to ensure they arrived with no damage
5. They continually beat my expectations by calling me before I could even think of questions that they knew I might have
Overall great experience - and have already recommended them to most of my friends. Michelle Seaman there has been an outstanding customer service rep. I didn't deal with anyone else - but if that is their standard - you can't go wrong.
