I work in an environment that is highly customer service based. First step for good customer service is to be a good LISTENER. 1. vendor did not present a professional detailed quote. 2. vendor did not supply enough sheeting to protect personal property 3. Cheaper paint was used that did not cover the repair work. 4. workers were on time, worked steady, and cleaned up after themselves.

They were very friendly and professional and completed the job quickly.

Very quick to respond and provided cost effective repairs to kitchen sink drainage and disposal. Very nice with no up sales, they were credible and fixed what I needed fixed in an honest ethical manner.

They came and finished my rush job that Elite Doors no showed for in the same day. The guy that came was fairly green but he got the job done by the next morning and they didn't charge me for the work he had to redo and he went the extra mile with it. I'd say I'm happy with the overall experience.

They were very friendly and did a nice job on a hard repair. Only problem is that we had to reschedule once because they got caught late on another job, but it worked out great.

The work done was satisfactory. However, my high ratings come from the manner in which this team came together to fix a faux pas that could have resulted in much lower scores. We had a agreed upon a day for a technician to come and complete my job. However, something happened that prevented the guys from coming out at the agreed upon time. Rather than inconvenience my schedule further they worked around my schedule. In the end they agreed to come out in the evening in a time that normally would have been past normal working hours for any contractor. This was a first for me and greatly appreciated. I'll be using these guys again without hesitation.

The fellows were fine, worked steadily, and I was comfortable with them in our house.

We decided to go with C&J even though their estimate was a bit higher than some of the others. We wanted someone who could take care of both the drywall and carpeting repair together. Jason was very professionable and personable and worked with us to accomodate the schedule of my elderly mother. Because she takes a lot of meds, she has problems in the early morning, so Jason scheduled the work a bit later in the morning. The quality of the work was very good and the customer service excellent.
