It took longer than I expected, partly due to some materials/product problems. K2 went over the top to correct errors and replaced every cabinet door because a few had small cracks and discoloration. My project manager, Paul, took care of any problem swiftly and very professionally. K2 never tried to talk me into accepting anything I wasn’t happy with - rather just made it “right”. Overall - I’m thrilled with the new kitchen and their workmanship. Theresa and Paul’s design ideas of the entire job give it that “wow” look. Thank you K2.

I made contact with five companies and interviewed three before hiring K2. While they weren't the least expensive of the bunch, they were comparable; I felt their bid was the most realistic and likely to stick. I was right--they did not nickel and dime me, they over-delivered, and working with Teresa (designer) and Jon (PM) was great. This was my first time undertaking a project like this on my own, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The process had a few bumps along the way, which K2 managed and remedied with ease, and my new space is gorgeous. I get loads of compliments and am so glad I did it.

First I have to say that being able to see all samples in our home and picking cabinetry, tiles, mirrors, lights, faucets, towel bars all to match was worth a lot to me. I'd rather pay more do it that way than go from one shop to another trying to come up with everything ourselves. Stephen helped us pick out a look that we loved. One Major hiccup though not unexpected was discovery of need to replace a tub and subfloor not in the original contract. High suspicion of damage was revealed when flooring was removed. This of course hiked up the price. Minor hiccups with a few incorrect items delivered which slowed process down, however Dustin and Mike worked extra on 2 Saturdays to catchup and they actually finished the project 3 days earlier than projection despite waiting for some pieces. They just kept busy with something all the time. These guys were such perfectionists that they kept me happy! That's not easy... ask anybody that knows me! Damon was always great about getting any hiccups taken care of as quickly as possible. They were all great about explaining what next steps were in a fluid situation. As much as we thought we liked what we picked out, seeing it with our own eyes when it was done was way, way better. It is obvious these folks specialize in Bath & Design like it says in there name. I can't imagine a better company! We are overwhelmingly satisfied!!

We used K2 to help us reconfigure an "awkward walk-through area" from our bedroom to a full bathroom into a separate master bathroom. We obtained three estimates from different contracts for this project. K2's estimate was very much in line with the other estimates in regards to price but their level of professionalism and overall design concept far exceeded the competitors. Our initial appointment for the estimate covered EVERY detail down to configuration, fixture style, vanity, and tile selection. They provided us with an exact price of the project at the end of our initial appointment and they held true to that initial estimate despite some unexpected difficulty along the way (e.g. having to reroute pipes, etc.). They started work ahead of schedule and were communicative about what to expect each week in terms of progress. The individual workers who came to our house (e.g. drywall installer, tile installer, etc.) were all extremely friendly. They accommodated us by working on "quiet projects" when my daughter had to stay home from school for a day with a fever. I didn't ask for them to do this, the just did it. At the end of every day they cleaned and sealed off the work space. They finished our project within an expected time frame. The final outcome far exceeded my hope for the space. It's modern, sleek, and most importantly, extremely functional. I'd use K2 again in a heartbeat for similar projects.

The whole team at K2 Moby Decks did a phenomenal job! Steve spent over two hours with us putting together what we thought was the absolute perfect deck design for our house, the backyard and how we wanted to use the space. Bill our project manager communicated with us flawlessly with material deliveries and work crew schedules. Heavy rain did delay us mid project for three days but construction resumed as soon as it was possible. We were also impressed with the work crew as they were organized, friendly and courteous. We had a last minute request to have an aluminum gate installed at the top of our stairs which after two days of completing the deck they came back to install. We love our new Trex deck and couldn’t be happier (unless it was free, ha!) K2 was not our least expensive option but the design, materials and finishing details absolutely won us over. I do not hesitate in referring K2 Moby Decks to our closest friends, family and neighbors. Thanks K2!

I feel like we were one of the lucky ones, because I have heard nightmare stories about contractors and home owners. K2 Mobey Decks made us feel relaxed the whole time. We were never once worried that our deck was running into delays or cost overages because the K2 team always kept us up to date with what was happening. Our sales guy Steve walked us through everything and even though we purchased a more expensive deck then we were planning on, we felt that we got tremendous value. Our neighbors and our families can’t stop commenting how great it looks. I would and I have recommend K2 Mobey Decks to anyone wanting a beautiful deck!! They are professional through and through. From the first meeting with Chelsea Kerrison, who provided the estimate, to the project manager, Damon Lee, and the excellent tilers, installers and plumber that performed the work, we were impressed with the professionalism, competance, and politeness of the K2 crew. All went very smoothly dispite the fact that the job had to be done over the Christmas and New Year holiday and the tile cutting had to be done inside the house because of the sub zero weather outside. We are very satisfied with the process and the result.

It was a good start. I need to do more research. I expected a larger showroom. There was no 3-D rendering but that could be because I didn't ask for cabinets.

"When clients come to the showroom for our design service, we ask that they bring dimensions of their space so that we can create the drawing. This is listed on the confirmation. Additionally, this client was offered a free in-Home design consultation, so that we could take the measurements for her, but she declined. We sell super high quality cabinets “wholesale” at an incredible price, and have a full service design/build remodeling company. Kind of a strange appointment in that this Customer didn’t actually want cabinets. Tried to help, but at a loss."

Very well. All the subcontractors were personable, arrived on time, and knew what they were doing. From the start, everyone we talked to went into great detail about what they were doing, why they were doing it, what it cost, and why it cost what it did. Occasionally, the details were a little much. I wouldn't want them to let up on the explaining, though. I appreciated knowing exactly what we were paying for and why. The project was also finished when they said it was going to be. That's a huge plus.

Chelsea the designer came to the home to do measurements and go over their process and suggest new items such as vanity, tub surround, flooring and fixtures etc. The appointment was approx 2 hrs, but at the end I knew the cost and time involved in the remodel. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with. If I chose to order items on my own I was able to do so and also chose to paint myself to cut down on cost. Because it was the only bathroom in the house I did have to make arrangements to stay in a motel for the time of construction or at least until the plumbing was installed. Damon, the project manager was excellent and very responsive and did everything possible to get us home in the shortest amount of time which he did. The workmen were excellent, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this contractor and would hire them again for any remodeling needs.

Excellent! Can't say enough about how impressed I was with the service from K2. I was not sure what to expect when i hired them, however all of my concerns went away after the first few days. Steve was the sales contact I worked with early on. He was easy to talk to, trustworthy and understood my concerns. He offered me a solution that fit my budget. I enjoyed working with Steve My PM was Bill, working with Bill was an easy transition from Steve. Steve actually called 2x to ensure my PM was meeting my needs. Steve also called after the service was completed. Bill was an excellent PM. He managed schedule, budget, my concerns. He made me feel very comfortable and important. He allowed time to speak with me anytime I needed. Bill was an experienced PM that could manage multiple tasks and priorities while keeping the customer informed and happy. Overall K2 exceeded my expectations and completed the job under budget and on time. A lot of companies could complete on time and under budget, however the communication skills and actually valuing me as a customer is a skill that is missing quite often today. K2 excels in this area, I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again Thank You K2

After I contacted K2 for an estimate, they sent an email about our appointment and reminding me how important their time is and how professional they will be. At our appointment, we were told we would get their estimate via email the following Tuesday. When we still had not received anything a few days after the promised date, I posted a message on their website asking when we might expect their information. When that got no reply, I sent an email to them again asking when we would receive their estimate. Again I got no reply. It is now 3 weeks since our appointment and still no reply. If they do not want to proceed with our project that is fine, but it would not take very long to reply to my email with that message. For a company that emphasized its professional approach to doing business, it looks like I expected too much.
