Description of Work: Had a R/O water filter installed on 12/19/2016, and noticed water leakage recently. We bought the filter from Costco, which should not have any quality issues. By the time we noticed, it must has been leaking for days... Gap plumbing told us the job warranty is only for 30 days, but just counting the days, the issue happens right around that time. They did not offer any discount on coming over to fix the issue and want to charge 150 just to inspect. An easy job like this should not have leakage issue, and should not only have 30 days warranty policy like what they have.

I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service. The pricing was fair. However, after they left I noticed something had fallen over and hit the wall. I was just disappointed no one said anything to me about it.
Description of Work: They replaced a toilet as well as checked the plumbing lines to make sure everything was okay.

They have visited my home more than once due to leaks, during off hours with very minimal wait. I think their initial hour rate is a little high, but the fact that they get it right the first time and that the work is normally completed in less than an hour, makes that palatable. I will continue to use Gap and I am happy to know they are part of Angie's List.
Description of Work: Gap Plumbing has done several jobs for me over the past several years, from installing toilets to fixing plumbing leaks and slow drains.

+ -1 moreI wanted a new tub the same size as the one I had. The tub that was installed would only hold 8" of water. The drain does not line up correctly so I'm not sure where the water is going. I had new tile around the tub to the ceiling. Gap had to install the new shower hardware with a sliding wand attached to the shower head. The hole they cut in the tile was the wrong size. The shower doesn't work right. I asked for all new pipes from the tub to the pipes in the attic. When I came home from work I saw them splicing new pipes to my old pipes in the wall.
