He is friendly and you can text him and he responds as soon as he get's out from under the sink or somebody's attic right away.

Great. It was about 4pm when I reached out to GAP. Terry in the office let me know that because of the time it was going to be more expensive to have someone come out that day. I could schedule the plumbers for tomorrow. Knowing that I needed water (for kids baths, dinner and laundry) but mostly my paranoia about what the leak could because I opted to pay the extra charge. It was worth it. The service technicians were out quickly, assessed the problem, fixed it with better quality plumbing than I had and out. The cost of materials was in expensive. I received a phone call, text message and email letting me know the guys were in route. Thanks Jeff and Justin for helping us out. I'm looking forward to working with them on the bathroom remodel.

They were able to fix the problem very quickly and were very polite in the process.

It went really well. Anytime there was something that wasn't quite right I called them up and they came out to fix it.

Our water heater sprung a leak on a Friday night. We went without hot water all weekend because we had an extended warranty and of course they were not open until Monday. After dealing with the warranty company all day Monday finally they claimed they had no technicians within 100 miles. They said to hire a company of my choice and they would reimburse us. (Yeah, I am not holding my breath for that check). I called Gap Plumbing on Monday afternoon to get a quote. They were very fair priced and said they would be there first thing in the morning. The technician arrived on schedule and got the job done quickly. I was very happy. In addition to repairing the plumbing they also have a lady in their office that does drywall so I had her come and repair the sheetrock ceiling. She did a fabulous job and worked with my schedule to come on Sunday morning! It was really nice to be able to take care of everything through one company. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I now have a plumbing company I can depend on and definitely would recommend them to my friends and family.

They are very personable people and efficient.

.I thought the crew was very experienced and worked well together. Put in about 40 feet of new hot water copper line expanding from 1/2 inch to 3/4. They met every expectation I might have wished for so it was a win win situation, I got what I wanted and they made a what I believe to be a fair profit. These are going to be my go to guys for plumbing in the future.

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I called amount 11:30 am and was advise someone would would be out soon to give me an estimate, Glen was there in less than 30 mins and fixed my pipe in 2 hours. I am a first time home buyer and was very nervous about the situation but GAP has great customer service and made me feel at ease. You honestly cannot go wrong with this group of wonderful people.

I joined Angie's List just to find a plumber. My whole house was stopped up. They came the day I called them. At first they thought I had a collapsed pipe which sounded frightening. They stuck with the problem until they figured it out. It was a serious clog. They were very compassionate, prompt and professional. I felt like I was talking to a friend when I called the office and the men who came out were just as kind. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest hardworking people who actually care about their customers! I am so grateful for all they did!

It was not very good to be honest. It was supposed to be for two hours but I think they left within an hour. The complaint I had was that the faucet was leaking and the dishwasher was not drying properly, so they fixed the leaking faucet by replacing some cartridge and they charged $25 for the cartridge. But after replacing the cartridge and then supposedly fixing the leak of the faucet the faucet wasn't exactly functioning how it was before. Normally when I push it up it stays up but after they fixed it when I push it up it slowly comes down while you're washing the dishes. So you have to keep pushing it back up again, and sometimes it just comes back half way. They really do anything to the dishwasher actually. They actually ended up spending around 45 minutes when the actual job was supposed to be for two hours. That is not very satisfactory at all.

Very nice and polite. Since 2 hours were bought on a special he worked on some more issues that I was not planning on to use the full 2 hours.

He arrived on time and completed the work in 3 hours. Great job.

They did a great job, worked there tails off to get the line opened. I will use them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

Arrived on time with a full crew and were able to complete the job expeditiously. The next day I had a slow faucet and called in, three hrs later a plumber was here and the problem was fixed. I was impressed with the response not to mention happy. I will always use these guys and recommend them to my friends. Grade A+.

Gap Plumbing did a fantastic job. I was without water due to a broken line. They set up an appointment for the afternoon I called but due to the threat of severe rain called back to reschedule for that morning. He came to do the work at the time promised and was courteous and professional. The work was completed efficiently and timely. Price was fair although I forgot to ask for the 5% discount by mentioning Angie's List. My fault for sure. I would use Gap Plumbing again.

Excellent! After having a water heater leak over the weekend, I left a message via Angie's list on a Sunday night. Gap returned my phone call before 8:30 AM the next morning. They provided a quote over the phone and arrived within a few hours to complete the job. The plumbers removed the old water heaters and replaced them with Rheem water heaters. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up before they left. The price was fair, and the quality of work was great.

Well, What can I say...They were excellent! Very informative with the estimate also was able to provide different options for upgrades and was able to perform any I chose. Very quick and loved the call backs received to let me know someone would be arriving so there were no surprises... Very professional and easy to talk to.. Would call them again in a minute.. I have a plumber! I have lived in my home for four years. When I moved in, GAP Plumbing came highly recommended and they installed my hot water heater as well as some hard to find custom toilets. I have not and will not use another plumber. Glen and his team with Jeff and Jimmy are always professional and I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for any service call. I recommend GAP plumbing as your plumber. I am certain GAP will support your ambitions for your home as well as they have supported mine.

It was good. He installed it in sections. They usually came out the same day if there is a problem.

Not very well. The provider attempted to tell me 2 models were identical when Rheem clearly states the differences on their website. They quoted me for the cheaper standard model stating it was the plus series. The differences are the anode rod and the warranty length. I cannot say I would trust this company to perform this work for me. I'm hopeful we just had a miscommunication.

These guys were true professionals. They arrived early, quickly removed the old water heater (carefully bagging it not to get it on the white carpet) and had the new one up in running in less than two hours. There was a leakage in one of the valves to the water heater and they took care of it gratis. I am very satisfied with their work.

Arrived promptly. Did the work in a reasonable time. Explained what was done and any exceptions that may have existed. Left with a clean area. Overall a good job and friendly people.
