It went incredibly well! I used Angie's list multi email blast and Clay called within 20 minutes. He said he was on a couple of jobs but would try to get here by 1:30. They arrived at 12:30 and tackled the problem immediately and were done in about 20 minutes. They were professional, so friendly and very knowledgeable about the doors. Usually I can get the garage door back on track, but this time the cables were a tangled mess and beyond my capabilities. American Overhead Door got it back in working condition and lubricated the system. Price was reasonable and the service was exactly what I needed.
