Fearing the worst called Lawrence after reading the reviews. Finally Marble Falls has an honest, reliable, and professional plumber. Turned out to be broken piping which he diagnosed and repaired quickly. Dont waste you time with anyone else Marble Falls - this is your guy. Been in business for many years and knows what he is doing. Promptly returned my call and fit me in to his schedule due to the nature my problem.

I called Wilcoxen based on the couple of reviews that was on Angie's List, and I wasn't disappointed. We had two separate issues with sewer lines being clogged. The first one was for our own home which he quickly snaked out without any problems. The second one was located at another older home on our property and that one wasn't as easy. We originally could not find the sewer clean out and so he first tried going through the drain line for the washing machine, but there were too many bends in it to work. He then had to pull the commode to snake the line; however, he couldn't get the line to open up. He thought that we maybe had a broken line in the yard. We told him that we wanted to try digging in the yard ourselves to see what we could find first. He did not have a problem with that and mentioned it would save us money. He went ahead and replaced the flange and wax ring for the commode and re-installed it and cleaned up.
He also replaced the bathtub drain and overflow cover with a nice new one that you just twist and close versus the old one that had the lever on the side of the tub. It drains great now. All total I think he was here about 2 hours and all charges totaled $254.50.
Over the weekend we ended up finding the clean out, which was about 4and quot; under the dirt. We called him and he came back and snaked the line from the clean out. At first it wouldn't drain so he used high pressure water to clean it out and it worked. He used a camera in the line after it drained and found that debris was located at the city's tap. When I called the city and they said they would send someone over in a few minutes, he was nice enough to wait for them to show up and explain to them what he had found with his camera and they in turn cleaned out their sewer line. Everything works great now. With the second trip he was here somewhere a little over an hour and the charge was $127.50.
Mr. Wilcoxen is VERY reasonable, knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be calling him if we ever have plumbing issues again and will be referring him to anyone that needs a plumber in the Burnet, Highland Lakes area.

Tthis was the only plumber in Granite Shoals/Marble Falls, TX area who was willing to call me back and stop by for service that day.
Very professional, very kind - did a very good job with my plumbing problem. I will call him again to install my new dishwasher after cabinet/counter redo is complete.

Lawrence, the master plumber took up the toilet, ran a snake through the line to the city line. then replaced the toilet, all for only $117.
