They are honest, local and there is a face to the company. I met the owner and he actually comes out. They also send out postcard reminders 2 times a year to remind us of maintenance.

Excellent service. The AC unit went out and we needed to get it replaced quickly due to the 90 degree heat during the day. We called several AC providers and Quality was able to get the AC replaced within 24hrs and for the best price. Highly recommend using them. Quality pros.

I contacted Quality Heating and Air Conditioning to obtain a bid for a new heating/air conditioning installation and set an appointment for June 25, 2013. Quality missed the appointment time without calling beforehand, but eventually called and said that they were delayed on a big job. They came over about two hours later and did a cursory inspection without taking measurements. They promised to get me a bid within a few days, but they made no further contact. Following an extensive bidding process, I awarded the job to another contractor who successfully installed a gas heating/air conditioning system in the basement, an electric heat pump in the attic, and a mini-split ductless system in a room addition, with total expenditure of about $20,000 in all. FYI- I had difficulty getting bids from several contractors, because this was a retrofit in a historic home. I understand that not all contractors have the desire or experience to handle a job of this type, but I would have expected one of two responses from Quality, either: 1) We are not interested in the job or 2) We are interested, but only at a very high price. As it was, I received no response at all.

Every call I made was answered promptly and every question I asked was answered perfectly. They were highly professional. Our A/C is a whole home system and our heater as well. The motor went out and we have been in a horrific financial bind. Chris (lead) never dismissed me because of this. He listened and worked to help me first by checking the warranty to see if he could just have the company pay instead of me coming out of pocket but it was 3 months out of warranty. He came to my house and checked the unit to ensure the issue was the motor and not something cheaper to fix. He checked the price of the motor and found it was 600.00 but that was just the motor with no warranty but to replace the entire interior system was 800 with a 5 year warranty. He helped us in trying financing and when the finance company couldn't help he still continued to help us so we could get this fixed.
The men came out professionally dressed and were cheerful and pleasant people. There were a few issues not noticed fromt the beginning but the quote was what I paid an they checked my full system to ensure quality even running back to my house to see if there was a problem when I turned on the a/c as they were leaving. lol
If you want honest, efficient, professional, thorough and caring service then this is the company for you! I could not be happier and they will be my go to company for heating and A/C from this day forward.

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly when I first made contact with them. Technician was able to come out and meet me on very next day. While there, he performed a complete analysis of our existing system and even took a little time to educate me as to what he was doing. I could tell that he was quite experienced and knowledgeable.
Our old system was original to the home, so I knew I wanted to replace everything; if anything for the much higher efficiency. I was provided a written quote for full system replacement right there on the spot. We needed a 4 ton system and I know that the price I was given was good for Rheem equipment. When I was ready for the installation, they were available right away. 
Installation day went very well. They were waiting for me at 7:30am to get started and performed all the work efficiently. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and price.

They were there as scheduled. Work is clean. very polite and courteous.
