When the team (singular) arrived at about 1130, there were only two people to clean our home. They expressed some surprise at the size of the home and that there were only two of them to get it all done. They were left to do their thing and when we returned home about 1730 there were 3 cars outside and 6 people inside finishing up the work.
They did a great job of picking up, dusting and replacing numerous knick-knacks that collect dust almost faster than it can be removed. Everyone in the house is already feeling the effects, with reduced allergy related sinus issues as the best side effect.
They did an excellent job! I will be calling them back for future visits!

It sounded great during the free estimate consultation. However the work that was actually done was horrible. None of the fans, or light fixtures were dusted. There were still cob webs in some corners of ceiling, and dust over the door frame. I called the company and they said they would send someone out to reclean the areas that were missed. One of the individuals that came had a horrible attitude, and when they left, the fans that she attempted to clean were still not acceptable. I wrote a review to their company about it. The company called me and said they would like to make it up to me and the next cleaning would be with a different team and it would be free. They came and the house was cleaner than the initial cleaning. However they missed blatant issues such as spots on kitchen table and wrappers behind trash can.

They do a good job. They have a key on file and they clean my 2 story home. They are super nice. They are very flexible with scheduling.
