I called on Monday Nov. 15th and set up an appt. for an estimate for garage doors. The estimator, Brett called at 3:40 and said he would be there after he picked up his granddaughter. I said that was fine. He showed up in a company truck at 5:40, obviously intoxicated. I smelled alchohol on him and could tell he was impaired. He was not rude or anything just clearly drunk. He looked at the old doors, assured me that because they were slow they would be able to do the doors very soon. Gave me a calender and left. I called to dicuss this matter with the owners the next day thinking they would fire the drunk man and we could still do busines. When I called, I spoke with Rochelle, who was rude unprofessional and hostile. Before I could explain to her my concerns with having intoxicated people driving, she hung up on me. I called back a little later and spoke with Denise. Denise was apolegetic, after I told her the story. I still not did not get to speak with an owner. I looked on their website later to get the address to send the owner a letter, you could have knocked me over with a feather when I found out Rochelle is apparently one of the owners and Brett is a son. Well now I understand the hostility and the fact that they are experiencing a slow down in business. I am doing business with another garage door company in town.
