"Thank you for taking you time to review! The 20 gallon 120 volt water heater is much more costly than even the 50 gallon 220 volt as discussed prior to service. The code and safety upgrades were an added and worthwhile cost. The new metal water heater pan will protect and the new bronze shut off valve is a necessary safety valve. The electrical is code approved and this AO Smith unit will serve you for many years. Thank you."
We thought the wet and leak from the washing machine. The problem was found in the walls using the tools and scopes my good plumbers have.
My family has used Kerrville Plumbing before and they are just great people and plumbers.
They fixed and replaced the copper great; all the work was done in a few hours; accurate and clean.
The real big thing here is that they located the very small leaks quickly and the 2 wall areas they cut were right where all the pipes were! They used a scope to see and locate and made clean work of it all.
We like and recommend anyway and all ways!

Kerrville Plumbing performed the install adequately, they required that homeowner purchase the product first and they would pick up and install ($900.00 parts and labor excluding Hot water heater). Less then 45 days after they installed the unit it went bad . I don't know exactly put perhaps it just went bad and is under warranty. I called them to check the unit out, I discussed with them that under warranty please call Rheem support which they determined air compressor was leaking. Rheem support told me that payment would be to the plumbing company and they didn't want homeowner involved in payment since its under warranty. Kerrville plumbing said that it was to much hassle for them to do that and I should pay (Kerrville Plumbing) and seek reimbursement from Rheem ($500 for labor) Kerrville Plumbing called me at 830 in the morning and said Home Depot called them that the ordered Heat Pump Hot water(Kerrville Plumbing coordinated that) and said they would be at my home at 9:15 which they were promptly . they drained the unit disconnected fittings and picked up unit at Home Depot , by 12:30 they called and said they were finished, two guys at 3.15 hrs at $337 that install equates to over $100 per hour. Anyway they sent me an invoice late on Monday afternoon and I called the son and said I would have to talk to Rheem they said I shouldn't be involved with the payment.
I got this email from the owner of Kerrville Plumbing the very next day this is what it said verbatim"Ron We are Associate members of KBOR, We know your busy., We are busy too; but not too busy to work for you. Are you too busy too pay your plumber? Are you too busy to return my calls? I ask again that you call with CC and fund the invoice."
I ask you is that professional? You be the judge I will never use him again nor recommend him to any of my clients or co workers. I would never call him again!!!
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], The water heater you chose to purchase from Home Depot suffered a heat pump failure after two months in service; properly installed by us, permitted and inspected by the City. This unit was then replaced by us with the upfront understanding that you are our customer and would fund the $500; that you would obtain reimbursement from the manufacturer. Our install; INCLUDING the removal of the failed unit, delivery to HD to return and effect warranty and hour pick up time, cartage to your home, installation, permit and inspection. The 2 men are properly licensed, bonded and insured Texas plumbers; not handymen or others. I would be not happy too as per the factory failure; it seems though that we have been the brunt of this matter. Permit and inspection is absolutely required by the City and State Rule as we discussed with you prior to the beginning of the second install. You then called the City and they confirmed same. We were paid 2 days later on October 15th after some lapse in your return communication. We hope your new unit is in proper function."

We know; your home is in the far end of the county, we are on time once we set the time; took care of the work and charged you far less than the other companies would. We know what they charge. Punctuality? They arrived one minute early! Brian and Lonnie got right to work on the problem, and replaced several shoddy fixes from Other Plumbers with a lifetime line. and 29 minutes after their arrival. I have running water again!
No more washing dishes or flushing the toilet from my rain barrel water.
Once again, the guys at Kerrville Plumbing are my heroes. And as in the past, Kerrville Plumbing included a freebie. This time it was a waiver on the service call ($39.00), and a discount on the new line lifetime plumbing line ($9.00). If I could imagine the perfect plumbing company, it would be exactly like Kerrville Plumbing.

He arrived back first thing in the morning as promised and did a quick and professional job of replacing an aging and unreliable cutoff valve along with the section of water line that was being crushed. The re-routed line shouldn't suffer the same crushing as the original line and will be easier to make any repairs if needed in the future.
I couldn't ask for a better solution to an unusual problem. And it was done promptly and for a good price.
parts that needed to be placed. Fixed previous work done wrong by a plumber years ago. Jonny was very courteous and easy to talk to. I was very satisfied with the work he had done. I would definitely recommend Kerrville Plumbing again .

As with my previous experience, they arrived on time, and got right to work. I appreciate that this is the second time they've thrown in a "freebie". Last time they installed a tank kit in my toilet at no charge, and this time the "Clobber" treatment was at no charge. They didn't try to sell me any other services. They told me if there were any problems with the sink to call as they guarantee their work.
I am really thrilled with Kerrville Plumbing, and would not hesitate to use them in the future for any plumbing needs. As an aside, they have to be the cutest plumbers in Kerrville..
