Description of Work: Had a leaky water heater that needed replacing. Called Kerrville Plumbing, my go to for fast and reliable service. Their pricing is great and there response is quick and on time. Two thumbs up for this firm.

Description of Work: Steve and his sons, Ben and Daniel, do a great job. They recently replaced our water heater. They're honest, on-time, clean up after themselves, and do a good job explaining what they're doing. We've used other plumbing companies in Kerrville previously, but now Kerrville Plumbing is the only company we will use.

Description of Work: They replaced a small water heater that services one bathroom. They installed an A.O.Smith brand. So far, so good. I thought the price was high (didn't take the time to compare), but they did offer some discounts, so it could've been worse. They were prompt and courteous.

Description of Work: replaced 3 outside faucets in less than 30 min. Had work done by one of the owners years ago when he had a different company; was just as good then. But that company was sold & we have not been as pleased with it under the different ownership.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink blockage, plus washing machine backing up into kitchen sink. Kerrville Plumbing ran their drain machine through outside 75 ft into the line. Also, disassembled the tubular drain pipe under the sink, and cleared it of all debris, soap, and grease.They ran their sink augur through the trap adapter. They flushed, and flowed water through the washing machine stand pipe, and sink. Also, they had a bottle of "Clobber" that was about 4/5th full, so they also put that in the drain.. There was no charge for the "Clobber" since the bottle was not quite full.

Description of Work: Ben and Steve came to repair my toilet and were complete in a very short time. Their service is clean and fast. Always shoe covers, white shirts and a fraction of the cost of the old company. We have used Kerrville Plumbing before and they are the very best plumbers. Thank you. We do recommend often.

Description of Work: Had a leak in a line under the utllliy sink in the garage. They got here quickly. They found the bad part and replaced it. Just like it is supposed to go.

Description of Work: Hot water heater leaked into garage. Kerrville plumbing was there 15 minutes after we called. Water Heater under warranty and was replaced for the 3rd time. Paid for labor only. Kerrville plumbing returned a week later as promised to make minor repair on bathroom lavatory

In addition to correcting the root clogged sewer pipe that I had originally called you for; you discovered and repaired a decrepit area of old pipe that no one had brought to my attention during the many previous plumbing visits made by another plumbing company. I was so thankful to have that fixed! The large yellow card you sent out some time ago was well worth your expense of having it printed and mailed because otherwise I would have still been using your old company I had previously used for 4 years. Description of Work: I called Kerrville Plumbing to install 3 Niagara toilets that they have previously recommended. Steve Holloway answered the phone and explained to me in detail about the cost and work involved. We agreed on the date and time of installation, whereas Steve, Ben and Daniel Holloway promptly arrived on time. They removed the old toilets and installed the new ones in a very professional manner. They explained to me that the old flange needed to be replaced and corrected and the job was performed with my consent. I have used several different plumbers in the past, but Steve, Ben and Daniel Holloway at Kerrville Plumbing were the best I have ever come across. They were courteous and very pleasant the entire time. It was obvious to me that they were skilled plumbers. They hauled away old toilets and left the bathrooms very clean. They even wore shoe covers! I am extremely pleased with Kerrville Plumbing that I will use them exclusively in future. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

My neighbor gave me Kerrville Plumbing's phone number, and boy, was I glad I called them. They showed up on time, explained the work in detail and quoted price upfront.
