The ice maker valve was faulty, so it was replaced. He ordered a new one, and has since been back to deliver and install it. They were prompt, and solved the problem. Shawn was very nice.

He had to order a part and come back out to install it. He did a temporary fix that got the microwave working again while we waited for the part to come in. Only charged $103 for the part and both service calls.

I highly recommend A to Z Appliance service company for promptness and professionalism. My 6 year old Maytag washer was limping along and I had actually ordered a $850 washer to replace it. But, I thought I would try repair, and to my surprise, thanks to them, my old washer is performing like new! And only for $170.
These days you never expect pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and fast service, but that's what they deliver.
So you can bet that I will call on them for any future appliance needs!
