After he completed his work, he gave us a few tips on keeping the dishwasher clean and get more years out of the machine.  Excellent gentlemen to work with.

The ice maker valve was faulty, so it was replaced. He ordered a new one, and has since been back to deliver and install it. They were prompt, and solved the problem. Shawn was very nice.

This was a home we had a buyer for, so we were anxious to get it fixed.
7/8/2013: He called to say how much the parts were and we said go ahead and get them.
7/12/2013: He called to say it would be 7-10 days to get parts.
7/22/2013: We called and there was a recording saying he was on vacation. He had never mentioned this before.
7/29/2013: He called to say that the parts would not be available till 2019, because f the sunami in Japan.
I understand all this, but I would have expected better communication, so we could decide what we were going to do.
I can't say if he is good or not since he never did any work for us. AS of yet we have not received a bill.

He had to order a part and come back out to install it.  He did a temporary fix that got the microwave working again while we waited for the part to come in.  Only charged $103 for the part and both service calls.

Okay, but owe us money STILL

I had a problem with my front load washer. I called A to Z Appliance and the technician was at my house within hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and he researched price of parts and estimates of the total cost. The problem was not worth fixing and the technician agreed I should look into a new washer. He was extremely nice and helpful.  I will definitely call A to Z next time I need a repair to any appliance.

I highly recommend  A to Z Appliance service company for promptness and professionalism.  My 6 year old Maytag washer was limping along and I had actually ordered a $850 washer to replace it. But, I thought I would try repair, and to my surprise, thanks to them, my old washer is performing like new! And only for $170.  
These days you never expect pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and fast service, but that's what they deliver.
So you can bet that I will call on them for any future appliance needs!
