"Member Name Removed] was an outstanding client and worked with us on schedule once the contract was on the schedule. Material was onsite on the day agreed on , once the team and I arrived to find that the gazebo the client wants to install was not there so we did what we could do which including setting up footers to the specs from client. The client ordered the gazebo which he said would be there in a couple weeks so we planned accordingly to his schedule. And on time when his timing had arrived we as well arrived to find the client had received the gazebo way early but didn’t let me know so he had started putting together. We found the measurements given to us by the client was off by a lot his measurements was 13’ by 15’ and realized the correct 12’by 14’ which meant footers was off. We add to reset everything which was another day gone over something that was not in the project agreement nor contract pricing. After now 2 days gone bad and cost more for the company which was not in contract. We finally got going good on the project helping the client secure the base of the gazebo which he was correct was our first one to help with. Very nice gazebo as well and easy to put up. We worked every ho*** ** not only landscaping Mr. Simpsons budget which was hard to do. We graded the entire back yard with bobcat and applied weed fabric over the entire back yard and the installed decomposed granite. We installed a small limestone wall on the downside of patio to help level. We installed a mulch around a cedar tree as well to completed the landscaping while installing a flagstone patio under the gazebo. It took a couple days to do this and time consuming as stages have to be done along the way. Normally a patio takes 4-5 days to complete. We also installed a flagstone patio from house to patio which was not in project but Mr. [Member Name Removed] wanted so he did pay for the material only and not the labor to install. I did not feel Mr. [Member Name Removed] was unhappy at all in fact totally opposite as he kept making sure we was fine and did buy the team lunch one day. We had more material left over from the project so we added the entire side yard with weed fabric and decomposed granite there as well. Which he did not mention at all on his review and yes we did that no charge in labor he had already paid the granite cost. I sent a smaller team back to complete the patio yes because we were already booked elsewhere and had to get projects going for waiting clients. Note we had already semi wasted 2 full days on a gazebo delay which was not in the project nor the pricing. We enjoy working with clients to crest an enjoyable place to relax and feel we went above on this project so to read a review that was far from what we want was not happy to see. I can understand where Mr. [Member Name Removed] can be off on the timing of the project from start to finish but he I can’t understand jn that was on him with the gazebo order and delivery and off on measurements which I had nothing to do with. In all when we left project project was completed as agreed plus flagstone walkway and an entire side yard complete which was above and beyond for client at no additional charge in labor to try and help with the off timing issues which again fell on the clients hands in gazebo. Thank you Mr. [Member Name Removed] for the work and appreciate your hospitality at your home while my team and I were there."
"After reading this review I found inaccurate information. Before final payment on projects we always do a complete walk through with the client to make sure they are completely satisfied with the work, that was no different for this project. As stated in the clients review, over a full month after the projects completion and after hiring another vendor to “fix” our work a water leak was discovered. The client is making the accusation that we created a water leak during the project and it was not seen during the walk through, or for a full month period but only immediately after the other vendor did work on the property. He also claims a 12” stake was pulled from the water line, our company uses the 8" stakes included with the metal edging we purchase. We have strived for customer satisfaction for over 36 years and always make sure to make repairs to any damage made on a clients property. The client mentioned the gaps between the sod we laid. These gaps were present because as per the client's request and decision we laid 1 pallet spread out so the grass could grow together to help save the client money and cover more area. The client then later decided to add another pallet, this was laid for free as we did not charge labor on. As stated before here at A-Quality-1 we strive for client satisfaction, and make sure to do our best to go above and beyond for every client. This was achieved as the client was satisfied during the final walk through and made the final payment. Only after a period of time and damages we are not responsible for did this client claim to be unsatisfied."
"Thank you for allowing us to work on your project and complete for this tree. This tree was a great task due to the location. Over a fence on 2 sides , over the house with big windows under one side and a metal porch covered patio and then power lines that came through the tree. We was able to safely take this tree out and clean up leaving the stump at the clients suggested height. I see the review left a 4 on cost and sorry that the cost seemed high but with the factors listed above and the cost of the disposal of $400 we try to keep the cost as comparable or less than competitors rates. Again thank you for the review and the work sorry we couldn’t pull a ( straight across."
