"Incorrect information we spent 3 days on job and yes palms never were delivered, but all the other work that was estimated was performed which totaled out the balance that was paid. The total was not $10,000 either showing the client is posting inaccurate content. I never went to arbitration in this case so no idea this customers response in this matter. We strive for customer excellence and satisfaction which we have accomplished with 36 years in business. Unfortunately, this customer finds that he was wronged. The work left to do was install palms and the balance left on the job was around $4500 which was the cost of work left to do. So the work that was done and the balance that was paid zeroed out on what work we performed. We were recognized as a top Landscaping and Tree Service company for 2023 for the state of Texas and will continue to proudly serve our clients and community as we have for over 36 years. I did not go to arbitration since our documentation wasn't included. I was told if I emailed it in it would be uploaded and never was. The pictures listed in clients review are pictures of the project before we got there yes the boards was all rotten that is the reason we replaced with new ones. New boards put in don’t look 10th ads old and that’s how old the boards in pictures are. We replaced and used concrete to secure. We tried to work out the project with client with no luck on meeting an agreement. Again we strive for customer satisfaction and have done that over 3 and a half decades with roughly 700 repeat clients and 100 repeat annually for the last 13 years. The pictures posted below in the review are pictures of the areas to work before we even got there. Those are the pictures he sent us of the areas he wants work on. We tore those boards out and replaced with new treated lumber that was long and not pieces like pictures. Actually sad that a client would misrepresent a job with pictures of their projects before work is done and try and blame a company and say that is the after work preformed."
"To receive reviews are always good for businesses and to receive one that is from an unhappy client is not our goal. We communicated weekly on this project on timelines and was 4 weeks behind when project was accepted. With landscaping weather plays a key part in timing and we had some rain during that timeframe and was set back about a week and did let client know. We also made clear with our estimate and the clients budget she had that we would cut old grass to ground and lite rake the soil Client agreed that would work because of her budget at that time. Old sod cut and soil disturbed some and new sod laid and watered in and checked on it a week later and everything was set in and growing good. As far as the water valve covered up there was no valve spotted nor alerted to us during the project. I got a call 3 weeks after project about how the city was out moving all the rock looking for the valve. City offices have record where all valves are and to tear up the rock was an attempt to blame a company. After a call the correct department came out to find and open up. The valve was covered prior to our project begin is why none was spotted. Not my goal to make a client unhappy and willing to correct any issues that arise. Timing of the contact from client after the length of completion and in the middle of the city working removing rock was just not enough to drop everything to run out to help. I did locate correct department to go out and find it with their meter finder. Project was walked out with myself and client before payment was made and a very happy client at that time.
