The response time to my initial request was excellent. Communicating with Ripley Services was very efficient (email, fax, text, voice). His scheduled appointment was fulfilled on time. The carpet cleaning equipment he used was State of the Art and he did an excellent cleaning job of my carpeting. I would highly recommend Ripley Services.

When I spoke with Mr. Ripley we set a appointment time. Mr. Ripley was on time, did what he said he would do and in my case it was done for less than the estimated amount. That being due to the fact that I had fewer vents to clean that was first expected. He was very through and very courteous. I will highly recommend him to any and all.
