ORIGINAL 8/8/2021: Called us 10 minutes prior to arrival time to tell us they were asked by the previous customer to do additional work. Finally arrived about 90 minutes later. Paid extra to have dog stain cleaned in living room. After they did the **flush** of the spot, the entire living room rug smelled like the vomit in that one spot I asked to be **flushed**. I can smell the odor as soon as I enter my home. The cost is very high and we expected quality service. Not so great and definitely not worth the money. They **flushed** a spot on the carpet where my dog had thrown up and I couldnt get the smell out. After they did that, the whole carpet smelled like throw up and as soon as I walked into the house, it smelled horrible.

Sal & Tony the guys were so helpful & knowledgeable to my issues that were effecting my moisture problem. Lori was the best in setting up a quick date for repair & explaining that I had other issues with moisture coming in from dryer. Brandon called before Sal & Tony came for me to explain the issues I was having. Could not ask for any better costumer Service.

Ripley Services arrived on time as promised. They were friendly, efficient and thorough. My carpets were heavily stained and they made it look like newly installed carpet again. I thought the price was rather steep, but I guess you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company.

I had Ripley Services clean two Asian rugs that had been passed down though my family. I was extremely pleased with how bright the colors were after the thorough cleaning was done at their facility. Greg, the owner, is very knowledgeable and was very helpful when I explained that I really needed the rugs cleaned before the holidays.
