Even with a problem with the permitting (the city's problem, not Legacy's), they finished my siding job in a very short time. It looks beautiful. The guys left everything cleaner than when they started, and finished the touchups and detailing with something bordering on obsession. My porch roof was a bit uneven; they even levelled it when they installed new columns! I could not be happier with the job they did. From start to finish, everybody involved was incredibly helpful. Communication was great, the crew was hardworking and dedicated, and I'm just pleased as can be with the results.

I just can not say enough good things to describe what a great company I found when I found Legacy Exteriors. Super fast responce to phone calls to what a kind and caring attitude each and everyone of the installers had to even the thoughfulness of the staff to the sales people.. The installers work very fast and do an outstanding job and do it with a smile and do not make any kind of ugly mess.. Their prices are great and do not try to make a killing off of you. I have had siding installed by other vendors years ago and at that time I felt like I was buying the company with the high cost of the siding and now that company is out of business. Legacy is not like that. Very fair and they get the job done super fast ..Many many thanks to all of you.. I will call you again when I get ready to start another project..

Matt and Mark were both professional, courteous yet personable. The crew that came out, John and Chris, were also very good at their job yet careful about avoiding any incidental damage. They too were personable. Matt and Mark answered all of our questions about the windows we were researching (NT Windows Energy Masters Series). No question about the product was too unwarranted to be denied a serious response. Even after the install when we had a misunderstanding with the town building inspector and left us hanging over the weekend, Mark reassured us not to worry about it and enjoy the weekend. He would handle everything on Monday and he did. The inspector came out and within a few minutes we had our improvement approved. You guys were (and are) great!

If you are looking for a team that is Quality minded and Cost competitive then Legacy Exteriors is the team you want on your side. They all were so very friendly, clean and worked in the rain to get our new windows in and they are beautiful windows throughout the entire house. The installers were polite and professional and went above and beyond the normal contractors that I have come in contact with. I can't thank them enough for all they have done to make our home more energy efficient as well as more beautiful and clean. I only wish I had done this sooner. The company is excellent as well as the employee's, the owner and all involved.

I have never had workers at my home doing a job for me as polite and friendly as Billy and his crew were. They always had smiles on their faces and I never felt like they were not wanting to be doing the job for me. From the 1st day Matt walked into my home to meet with myseld and Mack to the last day we signed off with Mark and Billy I was very proud to say they were working for us. The are our friends for life!

From the initial consultation they were extremly friendly, knowledgeable of the product as well as other types of replacement windows. They worked us into the exact set of windows we needed and wanted, with a price lower then retail just to make us happy. Also they really worked with us with the method of payment and were very flexable. On the day of install they arrived early and ready to work they completed the whole job in about 3 1/2 hours completing a total of 12 huge replacment windows. The workers were curtious as they worked and cleaned up after themseleves. They also wont accept payment untill you are completly 100% satisfied! GREAT

I am very pleased with the entry door installation. It was difficult job, because the install was only an entry door slab but the new door looks great and certainly improved appearance of my entry. The installer was very professional, courteous, showed up at the appointed time, clean and meticulous with the install. Since I ordered the door handle set on-line the installer also help me make sure I order the correct hardware. He also hauled away the old door and cleaned up everything. I just could not be more happy. I rate the install excellent!!
