Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

I was getting my old house ready for renters and replaced the downstairs carpet, but couldn't quite get the price down enough to do the upstairs too.  I had to find a cleaner with a great reputation who could perform miracles on old carpet.  And Poof! The carpet looks like new again and I will definitely be calling them for the next round of cleaning and stretching.  They made my old ,cheap, builders grade carpet look plush again, no stains or smells existed after the clean.  You can't even tell I had three cats in the house.  The best part?  They showed up early, and finished up in less than an hour.  Love it!

I called this company the evening of a flood situation in our master bathroom. After the plumber left, my husband suctioned most of the water with a wet vac and pulled up the carpet & padding. A musty smell remained. I wanted the company to come as soon as possible the next day to fully clean and dry the carpet. Due to a cancellation, we would be their first appointment at 8 am. Mark called at 7:15 am and said he was in the neighborhood and asked if he could come early. That was fine with us. After assessing the situation, he thoroughly cleaned the carpet in our master bath & closet. He left a large blower overnight and picked it up the next day (on his day off). Mark was very friendly and professsional. He recommended that we buy the replacement padding ourselves to save money and gave us an estimate for his complany to install it (approx $189). He didn't honor the 10% off coupon from Angie's List, citing a minimum charge, but he said to disregard the expiration date and that we could apply it to our next service. I would recommend this company and use them again in the future.

They came on time and completed all 4 rooms in approx. 1 hour. The carpets came up great, even where the heavy furniture had been.

My boss's called me at 1 p.m. on a saturday and wanted me to get carpet cleaners for that day.  I called a few different cleaners and Clean Master called back within ten minutes and said that had a technician in the area who was at the house a few minutes after that.  They did a great job, were very proffesional, and made my boss's wife very happy and my life a lot easier.

I chose this company based on other reviews on Angie's List.  I have used most of the larger, corporate groups and had only a moderate satisfaction level.  I was able to make an appointment online, which was my other requirement.  I made the appt on a Friday morning for a Tuesday appointment the following week.
I did not receive an immediate email confirmation, but figured they did it when they received my request.  I got distracted over the weekend and realized on Monday that I had not had my appointment confirmed.  I called in and the guy that answered the phone knew my name and he was the one that had emailed my confirmation.  I don't know if I mistyped my address on the original request or if there was a blip.  My smart phone is embedded in my hand and I tend to get my email without delay, but they seemed very certain that the emails went out and I was the one not to respond.
All that said, he confirmed my appointment on the phone.  The technician called from the truck in the morning to give me an updated eta and showed up well within my promised window.  He walked the area with me and asked me questions and the got to work.  He was very professional and respectful about keeping the door blocked closed while he worked.  He (Thomas) did a great job and was gone within a couple hours and the carpets looked good.  I would use this group again.

I called around 9am on June 17th requesting someone come steam clean the carpet in the house I had just purchased.  I knew it was short notice, but had hoped they could squeeze me in that day.  Within 2 hours, a professional was at my home cleaning the carpets.  Over the next 2 weeks, I noticed my feet were dirty after walking around the house barefoot.  I called Clean Master on July 1st asking if it's possible that the dirt I was seeing was from the steam cleaning process.  Jason was at my house within an hour to inspect and redo the high traffic areas.  He also spot-cleaned an area of the tile in my kitchen to make sure the tile wasn't the culprit.  While in my garage, he noticed that garage floor was very dirty and suggested getting another rug for the inside of the utility room to help catch some of that dirt that we're bringing through the house from the garage.  I am extremely impressed with everything about Jason's service (fast response time, professionalis, being customer focused, etc.) and will be using his service again. 

Overall I was happy with my experience. There was a small mixup with my phone number so they were not able to reach me to let me know they were going to make it a bit after the original time window I was quoted but they apologized, no harm done. More importantly, the work was completed quickly and I was very happy with the results. I will use them again in the future.

Called serveral companies to price out steam cleaning traffic areas in 3 small bedrooms and 1 small bathrooms.  Got prices ranging from 130.00-175.00, which in my opinon was too high for the area to be cleaned.  Clean Master was the last company I called.  Got a much better price from Clean Master.   They were able to accomodate my scheduling request and showed up promptly on time.  The carpets look great.  The carpet in theses areas is older so I did not have expectations for perfectly clean carpet.  But, most of the stains came up.  He was not pushy nor did he try to upsale at all, which I appreciate.  Would definately use this company again. 

They reacted quickly to kind of an emergency request. They did a nice job. I would recommend them.

Overall experience was excellent. Reading reviews on Angie's List made it very easy and comfortable on me hiring Jason. He was very polite & the professionalism was the first thing I noticed speaking to him at site. Carpets cleaned exceeded my expectations. Recommend CMCC on any of your future projects

I have used the "big name" carpet cleaners and the experience was inconsistent. I wanted to find a smaller local company who provided better service. Clean Master fit the bill. The technician, Mark, was early, and went through every room with me to determine what issues I wanted to have him deal with. For a slight extra charge he moved furniture and edge cleaned the carpet where dust accumulates. The results were excellent. Clean Master is now my carpet cleaner.

They told me they were going to come around 10 and they were here around 8 or 8:30 so they were early. They did a very good job. There was a communication problem when I told them where to clean. I told them I had 3 bedrooms, a study, a living room and a hallway. They charged me for the living room and hallway seperate instead of combining it. Other than that they did a good job. I'm planning to use them again after I move.

I have lived in my apartment for five years, three of which with the dog, and have never had the carpet professionally cleaned. I have cleaned it myself several times, with my beast of a carpet shampoo machine. But, I believe that the residue left behind during these cleanings made my carpets collect that much more dirt. So, I decided to go browsing through Angie's List for a nice family-owned carpet cleaning service with good reviews. I decided to give Clean Master a try and was very pleased that their website provided the ability to make an appointment online. They sent an email confirmation shortly after. It was just that simple! And, the best part was that, even though I waited until Wed. afternoon to make an appointment, they were available on Saturday morning. They were on time, within the time window given and telephoned ahead to let me know an arrival time. A really nice guy named Mark arrived and immediately got to work. I thought he was very personable and professional and especially liked that he didn't try to sell me all sorts of additional services like the big companies do. I must say that the carpet looks terrific, much better than I expected it could. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely use this company again!

They clean the carpets well. They are really nice. My carpet turned out pretty good.

My wife informs me Thursday evening that she is having Bunco on Monday and needs her carpets cleaned....In a panic I reached out to AngiesList and my second call was to Clean Master Carpet Cleaning where I was put in touch with Jason the owner of the company...Jason was more than professional on the phone and said he could be at my house Friday (the next morning) between 9-11A.M....Friday morning came around and I got a call from Jason saying that he would be the one coming to my home and he would be there at 9AM, he was not only punctual but Jason carried himself in a very professional way...the equipment he used was very tidy and he was careful around all of my doorways and furniture...In the past I have used a chemical cleaning company and after 2 years of this I felt it was time for a good "steam cleaning" OH I forgot to mention no surprise charges or no pressure sales NONE - ZERO - NADA - WOW!!! I now have a new carpet cleaning company...JASON-YOU ARE THE BOMB-not only do I thank you but my wife thanks you as well...the carpet L@@KS GREAT!!!!!

Took over an hour to clean all the carpet in the house. Service tech worked very hard to restore the carpet and I was pleased with the finished product. The carpet looked almost like new when he finished. Was prompt and came on time.

This is a family-owned and operated business. I dealt with Beth who gave me an estimate and scheduled the service, and her husband Jason, who performed the actual cleaning. Both were very friendly and responsive, and their price was very competitive. They also did a very good job. I highly recommend.

They did a great job. Our carpets were really dirty, but they got them very clean, including some stains that I was sure they wouldn't be able to remove (old grease stains from a glider). The technician was very polite and courteous, even doing some work for free that they would normally charge extra for. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely use them again.
