The team at All Pro not only did a great job with their work but we're super responsive right from the start. Would recommend them and will be caling them again for sure.

They said the minimum charge would have been $400.00 if they sent a crew out. They said it wasn't worth that. The guy who came and did the inspection came back with somebody else and they did it free gratis as a good will gesture. So, the next time I need roof work they're the folks I'll call. I had dealings with them about 8 years ago.

The tornado touched down three miles away. When the winds died down we were grateful to be unharmed and - considering the circumstances - relieved to have suffered damage only to our roof and fence. We called All Pro Roofing and are glad we did. Even though they were busy with many houses in the neighborhood, they quickly came and tarped the holes in our roof to prevent water damage. All Pro then repaired the roof and the fence. They were prompt, competent, courteous and thoroughly professional. We were pleased with the work and with the communications. We recommend All Pro without reservation.

They worked with my insurance agency and even met them in person several times to watch over the assessments. Once everything was agreed upon, a time was set to do the repairs and it was completed exactly when they said they would. Payment was easily accomplished through a Quick Books system via credit card.

All Pro Roofing and Construction was as their name indicates: ALL PRO with a special added touch of affability. When they showed up to offer there services, they understood what we were about to face even though we didn't and explained to us that they would be there every step of the process. They provided us with professional information regarding their operation, reviews, standing with the BBB and the quality of their products. They promised to get us the best possible products and the most they could from the insurance company. They were in constant contact with us every step of the way whether it was scheduling repairs, offering suggestions on how to go about things, progress on the repairs and any communication between them and the insurance company. They even had a representative walk the site with the adjuster making sure everything that needed to be done for the customer was seen and accounted for. Once the adjuster submitted his estimate, All Pro went above and beyond AGAIN by submitting their own estimate to the insurance company that detailed items that were either unaccounted for or underestimated. They were honest and upfront from the very beginning and always had a high level of communication. They provided a realistic timeline in which the repairs would take to make and met that deadline. I recommended All Pro to all of my surrounding neighbors because of the professional and quality job they did and would definitely do business with them again.

TJ from ALL PRO ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION handled my project from start to finish and the results have met and exceeded my high expectations. I trusted the very positive reputation that ALL PRO ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION has earned and it was a good decision. TJ’s team is upfront and honest and has proven that they can be trusted to deliver on their commitments. TJ attend the property inspection with the insurance inspector with my best interests in mind. He is adept with submitting estimates using the same software used by the insurance inspectors…this made the back and forth process with my insurance company successful and timely and all my repairs were covered. This is the second roof that I have replaced due to hail damage. I used a high volume roofer the first time around and was very disappointed. The experience working with ALL PRO ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION for this repair was a welcoming change. You won’t be disappointed.

Work was good. Took care of the little things like vents and caps.

I thought my roof needed repair. John and TJ. came by to look at my roof. They told me that the roof did not need work. While they were looking at the roof, I mentioned that a siding board that had fallen and I hadn't been able to find anyone who would go up to the second floor to repair it. I had other loose boards and the siding was slipping out of place on my chimney. That's when I found out that they did that kind of work and would be able to come to fix it a few days later. They put the siding back in place on the back section of the house, replaced and painted the support boards that had warped and come loose, and even had to deal with a wasp nest that they found up there. The work turned out to be more extensive than they thought. However, they honored the price I was quoted and did a very good job.

They did a great job and they did all the work in one day. They are so nice and polite. I would hire them again tomorrow if we needed work done.

Everyone at All Pro was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.  Complete professionals, extremely knowledgeable,  and very accommodating to all our needs throughout the entire process.  We've worked with other contractors in the past and have always been satisfied for the most part but TJ and the rest of the guys are by far the best and stand alone as far as quality of work and customer service are concerned.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering hiring them.
