They were excellent! All work done in a timely manner. Even let us do a little video of them explaining what the new wiring was all about so we could install our new fans.

Showed up on time and finished the job in a quick and professional manner. They spread cloths to keep trash off the floor and counters and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again.

The guys arrived on time (which was amazing because most service providers don't consider your time) and they went straight to it. The guys were friendly and worked efficiently. Randy Deyo & assistant are the best! Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional and charismatic. I have recommended West Houston Electric to two friends who have pending electric service needs. His price seemed a bit high, but his high quality service was worth it.

Service call would have been $150, but Randy called before he arrived and talked me through a potential solution. It worked, saving me both time and money. It was nice for things to go as planned for a change.  West Houston Electric did everything they said they would at the price they told me.  No surprise costs, on time, professional, and very open and honest communication.  We initially had them come out because we smelled plastic melting in our office one morning.  A light fixture had been replaced in that room a few days ago so our assumption was it had something to do with that.  I called that morning and they fit us into their schedule that afternoon.  They checked everything out and replaced bad light switches.  They worked for about an hour and charged the call out fee of $150 just like they said.  They came back the next day to work on the GFI's.  The charged me $75 a piece to replace.  They also changed out 3 more bad light switches and included those in the $150 I paid for the day before.  They did not have enough switches the day before to replace all the ones that were needed.  They said if they would have had them all the day before they would have been done then so was not going to charge more/extra for those.  I felt that was very professional and honest.   These guys will be first on my list to call the next time I need an electrician.

They came out the same day I called to give me an estimate at no charge. The estimate was much less than I had received from
another electrical company and they were able to schedule service 2 days after acceptance of their estimate. They arrived promptly
and were very professional. The total cost was $875. All parts, other than the ceiling fan, were included. I will not only use their services again but will recommend them to friends and family.

Had issues installing a ceiling fan --- called West Houston and I needed someone fairly quickly since the house was being appraised for sale and thus wanted to eliminate minor defects. They were able to come out and enter with lock box key, a quick fix and the repair was completed.
Professional and punctual. Would use them again.
