He came in just a few hours, had to seek out the correct part, the came back the next day to quickly install it.
He was professional, courteous and quick. I hope to use him again soon for electrical remodeling in a media

Fine. As expected.

We snapped a line digging our pool and Centerpoint couldn't put in the bypass in because the jawbones broke in the box. We called just at closing time but they were able to find someone to come out and help us. Very responsive, professional and friendly. Glad they were able to help us out and $230 appeared to be fair.
The only negative was...we had him quote the new line in which I said I'd dig the trench. They quoted me $2,500 to put in the new line (no digging). This was about triple the cost of the other companies I sourced.

We called at 4:30pm when the electricians were leaving and they sent them out to our house within 15 minutes. The individual who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. The two electricians were friendly and professional. They explained what needed to be done and were efficient. They did a great job and if we have to go with an electrician company again (hopefully we won't!), then we will go with them for sure.

2 men showed up (very nice) and told them what I wanted. They got to work and 2 hours later they were done and left. Great work and I would use them again.

West Houston Electric is a reliable, professional and quality electrician provider. I have used them for 7 years and will continue to do so.
They always arrive on time. The price is quoted prior to arriving. They do a great job without making a mess and are very courteous.

Arrived on time and completed the work. Overall the work was done well and the personel were pleasant and helpful. There was a bit of miscommunication on some of the work and they had to come back for a fan canopy which was inadvertantly left hanging (neither I nor the technician noticed it and there was a high ceiling and I had no ladder to reach). They did go the extra mile on the exterior motion detectors and even installed an additional unit that day to meet the requirements I had.

I called on a Thursday and explained to the Randy that I had replaced several outlets and switches in my home and a few of them were not working as well as my doorbell randomly being broken. Randy said they charged $125 for the first hour and he was sure his guys could fix all of my issues in that one hour and was I available on Saturday for them to come by; appt. was scheduled.
Two guys came promptly at 10 am and easily fixed the outlet and switch issues in the first 10 minutes so I asked if they could install 2 censor switches for me since I was paying $125 for an hour of time anyway - he replied absolutely. One of the switches needed to be turned around from the outside of the closet wall to face the inside of the closet wall (which was an additional $50 charge and I was ok with that).
The doorbell was unresolved but he suggested that I replace the chime box. He also made sure that everything was wired correctly at the chime box, button and transformer so I could easily replace the chime following his instructions.
Overall great job, great customer service, great experience!

Every problem we have had they've fixed. They were on time and polite. They were also perfessonal and very personalable. I would highly recommend them. Any new project we've had they came in and did it correctly the first time.

They were very professional, knowledgeable and figured out the problem and found a solution that worked for both of us. They stayed and finished the job, even though it was after hours. They were responsive and punctual and the pricing was fair.

I had a problem with my heating units not getting power, as well as every thing else on the same circuit. I called West Houston Electric and they came out the same day. They knew right away what the problem was and repaired it. I am pleased with their service.

This company's poor customer service can be seen in their shoddy work and lack of accountability. They arrived 35 minutes late day one with no apology. They made two unnecessary holes in my wall and refused to fix them, suggesting that I could fix it easily. Rather than use a ladder, they stood on our granite countertop in their work boots. They gouged my door jam with the ovens on the way out. The holes they cut for our lights were too big. When we asked them to fix it, they said faulty sheetrock was the cause and that it wasn't very noticeable and that I should fix it myself with caulk. They completely forgot to show up the second day. We called to remind them, rescheduled twice, and still got an excuse rather than an apology. When I asked for a discount, they refused, saying my issues were minor, and they could not change their price. Given the quality of their work, their attitude, and need to supervise them, the relatively low price was still too high.

West Houston Electric did a great job on my lighting. I feel that they were very efficient. We had their name given to us by a friend and we were glad that we used them. They are a very professional company and the cheapest by far.
