They were the most competitive with their diagnostic fee. After we decided to move forward with Victor repairing our kitchen vent hood the diagnostic fee was waived. I loved how they were never pushy. Our kitchen vent hood motor was powering, but the fan was not spinning. So Victor recommended we could have either replaced a motor or replace the entire unit. We opted to just replace the motor because everything else was working. They were professional, respectful, and clean. Highly recommend.

Answered promptly, said be there in 2 hours...was exactly on time... Worked to repair icemaker in freezer, and "selection buttons"... Absolutely the fastest repair work ever....about 45 minutes for both... Expected a large bill....actual billing was about 60% of what I expected... Definitely will use this service again....highly recommended!

My microwave had mysteriously quit working some time ago. After checking out the problem, Vlad not only got it working again but reinstalled it properly, which had not been done originally. Pricing was fair, and pride in his workmanship outstanding.

We got our power back after almost 4 days, and discovered that the refrigerator was not cooling.. Technician was able to come same day we called him, made appt, called to let us know he was on the way, and arrived promptly., After checking out the refrigerator, he told us the control panel was out, and would have to be replaced (cockroach damage - ugh--though none IN the refrigerator,,,). He thought it would b would be 4-5 days,.After tallking with supplier, he advised us would be more like 7-8, and did we still want to go ahead. We did. Before he left, he advised us to stuff a towel into the doors to let air in so it wouldn't smell bad later. Six days later (on Memorial Day), he called to say he had the part and could he come over and install it. He arrived quickly just , when he said he would Installed new control panel,. AND sprayed behind the refrigerator and swept up a lot of brown stuff ( presumably cockroach remains). Called next day to make sure ok. Great service!
