As for the quality of the service my friend, who is very picky, reported that Joey did a fantastic job! He stayed at it until she was satisfied the carpets were as good as they were going to get without replacing or using extremely hard chemicals. He even arranged to go do her house after mine and was able to accommodate her restrictions on the type of cleaning products he used (her child has many allergies). I came home to clean carpets and a very noticeable difference in the level of "doggyness." I will definitely reach out to UpFront Home Services for future carpet cleaning needs.

Our online scheduling system is rather easy to set up an appointment and it allows us to ensure you are not missed, typically it only takes 1 message for customers to get the online scheduling information to set up their apportionment. The day of your appointment we invited all customers to reschedule because of the rainy weather which will dirty up our hoses when we bring them inside. We do our best to clean up after ourselves but sometimes the little details can be missed. We are pleased you were happy with your big deal purchase and hope to service you again in the future."

"Hello- I'm very sorry our cleaning didn't thrill you! We have a unique guarantee structure in place that would've allowed you to call us back and reclean the areas and if you still weren't happy we would've refunded your money. Every cleaning situation is different and we do try to do the absolute best we can on every job. Since the date of service on 5/3/13 we have updated our equipment and strengthened our chemicals. I do recall your carpets having quite a bit of fabric damage and had you allowed us to reclean we could've explained more. I do apologize if it took longer than usual to dry we typically have carpet dry within 4-6hours. However when the carpet is very dirty we will apply a heavier pre-treatment which could extend the drying time. If you are still in the Houston area we are more than happy to come and clean your new house at no charge or refund your purchase. We strive to provide the best service possible and apologize if we missed the mark."
