Michael was great. He was punctual, courteous, and informative. I had a lot of questions and he happily answered them all. He wore booties in the house and made sure that he cleaned up after himself. Will definitely use again!!!!

They beat their competitors prices, significantly and I liked both plumbers that I have met. Both were on time and personable! They did a great job, both visits.

William arrived at our house within 10 minutes of calling. We had our air conditioning serviced the day previously and had prompted a leak through our living room ceiling. He worked quickly and fixed the leak, unblocked several drains and advised us on some questions we had over our water heater. Amazing customer service and we will be using again for a general walk through since we are new homeowners.

Had a cancellation and was able to fit us in and unplugged drain. Signed up for the annual service contract and noted a few other issues around the house that will need to be addressed in the future. Overall a great experience and will use The Katy Plumbing Company in the future.

They did a great job. It was an emergency and they came right away. They offered a high quality replacement and completed the work efficiently. We have used them in the past and were also satisfied with the overall quality of service and responsiveness. The only issue is the markup seems exceedingly high on parts and products. The cost of labor is reasonable if you use their products but can also be highly marked up if you buy your own and have them do the work. I would prefer to use professional plumbers but their costs can be prohibitive. I would recommend that they reexamine their pricing to be more competitive. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would recommend them.

The team, led by Greg Chavez, was outstanding throughout the engagement, from the time that they reviewed the work and provided a quote for service through the installation and testing of the new water heater. Service was excellent, technician very helpful and explained in detail what he was doing while working with an apprentice. We were very impressed with the quality of service.

The price was exorbitant. The guy came and replaced a bathroom faucet and valve. Took him 1 hr and 45 minutes and he charged $650 for the whole job. I had bought the faucet myself. The job was done well. The plumber was punctual. But I thought the price was unreasonable. Would look elsewhere for my next plumbing job.

Patrick was the best. He explained all of our options to us. After we agreed on what we wanted, the guys started to work. They covered the floor from the doorway up the stairs to the attic entrance. They were very careful and courteous. After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves. My wife said the house looked so clean after they left, she could not tell they were here. We highly recommend Patrick and Katy Plumbing Company.

Absolutely wonderful company! Responsive, reasonably priced, great staff and plumbers. I used Dallas Gary, a master plumber. Aside from excellent work, he is kind, very funny, and a joy to be around. I asked his opinion about dishwasher brands, as well as installation from the company I bought it from vs. using Katy Plumbing Co. He was very upfront about costs, potential problems with old valves, etc. I decided to have him do the installation and am very glad I did. 15 stars!

The technician went out of his way on Good Friday to make sure I had a fully functioning kitchen faucet. He was very customer centered and provided great, professional service.

In regards to promptness, cleanliness, thoroughness, courtesy and professionalism, we would hire this company again. I rated all criteria A except for price. I rated price B as the amount seemed excessive, but then again I haven't had to call on a plumber for at least 10 years. I usually do my own simple fixes, but this time I busted one shutoff valve and nearly busted another trying to get it to shut without leaking, so it was time to call in the professionals. The fixtures were all over 20 years old. Ryan arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He toured the work areas with me and proceeded to write up the estimate. As I mentioned, it seemed high but I couldn't do all this on my own, so I agreed. I did accept the 1-year service agreement at $99, as it sliced a net approximately $300 off the final price of the work. Upon agreement, Ryan proceeded to do the work, and he did it well. Due to the age of the existing plumbing, there was a lot of corrosion around fittings, so it took a long time, overall about 6 hours. In the end, I am glad I had a professional do all this, as it would have easily taken me 3 times as long. As I mentioned, Ryan did very well, being quite courteous and he answered all my many questions. It was great to have him do this work.

This is the second time I’ve used Katy Plumbing after having issues with another local company. Both times have been phenomenal! The prices are fair and the level of service I received from the call center to the technicians have been top notch. I won’t go anywhere else!

Company called before scheduled time and asked if they could come earlier because they'd finished the previous job already. Agreed and Trey and Bill arrived shortly. The water heater was back on not long after, and the service charge was quite reasonable.

He’s honest, knowledgeable and quick. He’s very pleasant. I will always use Katy Plumbing and I will always request Jason. Katy Plumbing keeps in constant contact with texts and calls and they show up on time.

Jason is phenomenal and today his assistant, Angel, makes the team state-of-the-art, THE BEST. It cannot get any better in plumbing than when these two show up for your job. We have used Katy Plumbing for about 6 years now, and they are all great. However, I am excited to have Jason with Angel show up as our team for a plumbing job. It will get done properly with great attitudes and professional service.
