Description of Work: He was very professional and gave me an actual exact quote--unlike the other company I had give me an estimate. I only didn't use him because I learned that a friend could to it for much cheaper. |But he was professional, on time, clean, and reasonable.

Description of Work: The owner has saved us on 2 occasions when my home warranty was jerking us around. He is timely in responding to your need, he is quick to come and action the repair, he is fairly priced, and his work is excellent! Above all he is honest! I thought I had a major issue and he could have went with my diagnoses and ran with it, but he informed me it was a simple fix. I will never use another plumber! He also has a friendly, capable staff. So far this company has fixed my water heater, removed my water softener system, fixed the upstairs bathroom that was leaking into the kitchen and fixed the down stairs toilet.

Description of Work: Unplugged our toilet. It had been plugged up for five days and we were not able to free it up. Efficient. Re Cost: Have not yet received bill.

Description of Work: Don came out and replaced 4 shut-off valves (20 years old and leaking) under the sinks in my guest bathroom. He also installed a new faucet kit on one of the sinks and tightened up the kit on the other sink that my husband and I had installed earlier.

Description of Work: The plumber had to reseat my toilet after I had tile flooring installed. When they came to do it, they found that the ring was broken and that I never even had a pipe down to the ground. They did a great job. They also had to replace the water line to my refrigerator, and the gas line to my stove (all due to the tile floors being put in and the appliances moved around).

Description of Work: Our old tank water heater had broken down and we wanted to upgrade to a high quality tankless water heater and also relocate it from downstairs in the kitchen area to up in the attic. The old water heater was removed.

Description of Work: The first time I had PLUMBING 911 out to the house I walked with Dan around the property pointing out problems we have had that other plumbers didn't or wouldn't or couldn't fix. He gave me an estimate fixed ALL of the problems that the other plumbers didn't want to mess with including going up into the hot attic and finding the connection that was stopping up the line to my Ice Maker. I was really impressed! We are on a septic system and I asked him about my undependable toilets. He said it wasn't a septic problem it was toilet problem and told me he could replace them and I could retire my plunger and stop worrying if the water would go up or down each time we flushed. I asked him to replace two of them. He gave me an estimate that day and came back the next day with the new toilets, installed them and hauled off the old ones. He was right, the toilets use less water than the ones we had and they work the way they are supposed to! All those other plumbers who told me it was a septic problem were totally wrong. When we remodelled the kitchen he cleaned out my kitchen trap. They put the dirt on a tarp and replaced all of the dirt and bricks that were above the trap. They unstopped the kitchen sink and followed behind the installers reinstalling the sink plumbing in the kitchen and bar properly. He also installed a reverse osmosis filter for the main sink and filters for my now working icemaker and the bar sink.
