At A Noble Service Appliance Repair, we charge a competitive estimate fee to come to your home and thoroughly diagnose your machine. Once we have assessed the appliance issue, we discuss with you the cost to repair your machine. If you approve the cost of repair, we waive the estimate fee and all you pay is repair cost. If you decide you do not want to go through with the repair or if you need some time to think, all you owe us at time of estimate are the fees outlined below for your service area. Called on Tuesday, made the appointment for Thursday. Repairman showed up exactly on time. Inspected the appliances and wrote a quote. In our first contact, he asked for the make of the appliances and brought items to repair both. I turned down the repair NOT because I thought it was expensive, but due to the age of the appliances, it was not worth it to fix them.
I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair.

The service was perfect. The guy who came out told me what was wrong with my refrigerator and freezer. He researched it, discussed it with me and fixed it. I have not had to call him back since because it is working good. They were very friendly, very open and very informative. We talked about what the problem could be and he said, "This is probably what it is." He did a couple of tests and totally fixed it. I spent more than the price of the big deal for the service but he took the $99 off and then he gave me another discount on top of that. The total was $200 but out of my pocket, it wound up being $60. He came out to do the work probably right away after I purchased the deal. I would absolutely use him again in the future and recommend him to other people.

After he finished, the door closing was much worse than before he made adjustments. The gap was much wider. His only recommendation was that I had to hit the door with my foot to close it completely. I had the feeling that my door closing problem was beyond his experience

and/or ability. As far as I know, the other work he performed on my refrigerator was OK.

I called on Friday night and a very professional gentleman actually answered. He arrived first thing on Monday. He already had an idea of what may be the problem, but he asked a lot of questions about what happened and in what sequence before he began. He is very knowledgable about LG appliances which is just what I am looking for as I own more than one LG product. He worked quickly and ran a cycle before leaving to make sure the problem was solved.
I then purchased a coupon for him to return to clean my refrigerator coils. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and then shared information on what I can do to maintain appliances. He is professional, punctual, and knowledgable. Can't ask for more.

He couldn't find anything wrong with the refrigator.  He showed me that the fan seemed to working fine.  The noise I was hearing was probably ice that had fallen into the fan.  He only charged me the arrival fee.  Very nice, honest.

Noble got here right on time, actually the same day! He got right to work and identified the problem. It meant that the real problem belonged to a plumber not a repairman. I was happy to see that our 10 year old washing machine was still in good shape, and since we had not had the drains at the house cleaned out for over 10 years (!) it was about time to get it done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. I was well satisfied. I spent an additional $172 for parts that were going out on my dryer. He was a very polite young man. I don't normally come across people that nice nowadays. I would recommend them. The service was good and the man was great. It was a good experience. The price was about what the other people said they would charge.

My ice maker was malfunctioning when I purchased the deal.  I had everything lined up for the technician to come out to do work and the ice maker started working again.  We kept the coupon for a while to see if we could utilize it but we ended up getting a refund.  Noble Appliance Services was very professional and courteous on the phone.

Asked this company to try to fix our refrigerator door so it would close properly. Two gaskets were ordered, one for freezer. When he arrived with the gaskets, the one for the freezer was wrong, so it was not installed and its price was deducted from the bill. After the refrigerator gasket was installed, I asked that half the labor cost be subtracted since he only did half the labor. He subtracted a small amount. He assured us that the suction between the door and the frig would increase as the frig got cold. It did not, and when I felt around the bottom of the gasket there was a gap big enough for my hand. Also, the door was crooked. I called them back and he returned the next day. It was obvious that not only did the gasket need adjustment, but so did the door. Unfortunately, as he tried to adjust the door, it fell off breaking much of what was stored on the door. He was, of course, embarassed and offered to pay for what was broken. I told him not to worry about that. At this point, he decided he should return with his boss the next day. On visit three, the boss diagnosed the problem with the door hinge and said if they couldn't rig something up, they would have to order a part and charge me another service call. I certainly wouldn't have minded paying for a part, but I suggested I wasn't sure why I would have to pay again when his technician had not diagnosed the problem correctly to begin with. This latter visit was when I felt there was a lack of professionalism. Fortunately, they were able to rig up something satisfactory on visit three.

Noble Appliance Services LLC  identified the problem and told me how much it would cost to order the part and exactly what the guy said happened. I was happy with their service. The technician who came out wasn't sure of something so he made a call to his boss and they discussed it because he wasn't very familiar with my washing machine at first so he wanted to make sure. I thought it was very nice of him to tell me that he wasn't familiar about the machine and then double checked. His boss did have more experience with the washing machine and said yes what I had said was correct.

Our GE Profile washing machine would only turn on intermittently.  We had "A Noble Service" come out to take a look at it.  After a few minutes of trouble-shooting, the technician told us that the "main board" had gone out and it would be $500 to replace it (refurbished) or $700-$800 (new).  We decided to go with the refurbished board after assurances from the technician that the repair was guaranteed.  The day after the board was replaced, the washing machine exhibited the same failure (in other words, the problem was not the main board as the technician originally thought).  At this point, we told them that we wanted our money back and to put our main board back in.  During the time we were able to use the machine, we noticed that the custom programs from the original owner of the refurbished board were still on the machine (this is important later).  A Noble offered to take our washing machine back to their shop so they could better work on it.  After a couple days, they said that they had narrowed it down to a sub-board problem and that they weren?t going to charge us for the sub-board or the labor.  When the technician delivered the washing machine (4 hours late), he informed us that they had not put our main board back in because the machine ?was working fine? (never mind the fact that we had paid $500 to replace our main board that was also ?working fine?).  When we started using the machine we noticed that all of the custom programs on the washing machine were back to our original settings (which means that they swapped back in our main board but lied about it).  We contacted Noble Justice about getting our money back (and we were willing to pay for the sub-board and labor), however he was unwilling to refund us our money for the main board we no longer have.  Finally, we have not had any problems with our washing machine since (despite having our original main board).
In addition to the above problems, when the technician disconnected the washer to take it back to his shop, he left the water running (there was a problem with our shut off valve) and didn?t mention it.  The flow was enough that we had to turn the water off to our house for several days, until the leak was stopped. When we asked A Nobel to come stop the water flow, I was told that they were ?very busy?. In fact, we were told they were ?very busy? many times throughout this process to the point that we felt that we were always lowest on their priority list.
Noble Justice is pleasant and courteous to talk to, and tries to be professional.  However, it is a shame that his technician is dishonest and cursory in his work, and that A Nobel is unwilling to give us a portion of our money back when it is his representative that made the mistake.

My ice maker was making a growling sound and not producing very much
ice.  Joseph was the technician who came and he checked everything out
and determined the motor had gone out on the ice maker.  He called his
boss who brought by a new one within 20 min and Joseph replaced it.  The
next morning I got up and dumped out the first batch of ice (as per
instructions) and yet when I got home from work there was no additional
ice made.  I called them back, Joseph came out the next day and
determined that the new ice maker had also blown a motor.  He did not
have a unit on his truck and asked if he could please take the new
(broken) one back to the shop to try and determine why it quit so soon
and to make sure there wasn't something else going on.  He then brought
back a new unit, began to install it, but thought he noticed that it was
rubbing along an area that shouldn't be.  He again, asked if he could
come back with another new ice maker and did so in about 30 minutes. 
All
I can say is that with all of that there was no additional charge from
the first service call.  And I feel that he worked doubly hard to
finally get me a working ice maker in my home. 
This is very consistent with the work I always get with this company and why I refer them whenever I can!

The came out and found out what was wrong with our stove.  However, they said they were going to call back and tell us the price to fix the issue.  They called our home and we were not home.  They left a message but did not leave the most pertinent part of information.  The price to fix the problem.  I still don't know how much it will be for them to fix our problem.

He took everything out and put everything back in but the frost was still building up. He said that it had jumped the track. I called him back and he said he would get back with me but I never heard from him. I ended up having another company come to do the work and they let me know a part needed to be replaced for $80 and solved the problem. I don’t think that Noble Appliance knew what they were doing. I’d never use them again.

"We were in contact with this customer several times via text and email. The freezer door is on the bottom of this model and was not closing properly. We solved the door issue and received a call back 1 day later saying the ice maker is not working. Tried to set up another appointment but the customer works long hours at the airport and could not make time to schedule another appointment. Our technician fixed the quoted problem, and tried to be of service on the second problem. But again, our scheduled could not come together... We are a close nit company that pours over each and every call like it was our only call. We remember details about each call that will help us in the future and hopefully make this experience a great one...thanks mngmnt."
