I recently hired Lopez Garage Door and Opener to replace the rollers, do a tune-up and install a new garage door opener. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I called them late Wed. night, Leslie answered the phone when I was expecting to hear an automated phone message. She took the time to listen to my needs, was very knowledgeable about various garage door openers and made helpful recommendations instead of trying to upsell me. She was able to give me an exact quote over the phone and not just an estimate or a ballpark number. I had some questions and she called me back at 10:30 pm, patiently answered my questions, scheduled my appointment for next morning and confirmed everything by email that very night. Manuel came out the next day, checked everything thoroughly before the installation. He worked efficiently and was very meticulous. It was obvious that he took a lot of pride in his work. He cleaned up after he was done, separated the metal debris which he took away and put all the paper waste in the recycling bin. That’s the level of his attention to details. He gave me a few DIY tips for maintaining the tracks and the rollers. He suggested that I call him or Leslie anytime if I had any troubleshooting questions. I will call them again for my tune-ups and any service that I may need on my garage door. I highly recommend them. I like supporting local, family owned and operated small businesses who provide exceptional service.

Fabulous! I am in NJ. The home is in Katy, TX. Our managing agent is on vacation. I hired Mr. Lopez through Angie's List. Leslie answered the phone and was constantly in contact. I was even given choice of color. The next day Mr. Lopez went out and the garage door was up. He sent me photos here in NY at my office. Thank you, Mr. Lopez and Leslie. Wonderful, quick, reliable. They even put rollers on the doors, which was a free bonus. A++ company! Don't hesitate - they are the best and professional.
