The company and crew was prompt. Gave a fair estimate and returned as scheduled to do the work. This was a full crew job and was well coordinated. The clean-up was great and I was overall impressed with the work. My neighbor saw their work and hired them on the spot. He later informed me that he was satisfied also with their work. Very prompt, both to provide and estimate and return as scheduled to perform the work. Big crew with excellent equipment and skills. Work done exactly as requested. Totally clean when they left. Very nice and personable foreman.

While I would not give them 5 stars overall, the quote to remove one tree and heavily prune another was a couple grand less than my first quote. There were a large amount of sticks and debris left on the ground, a couple of pickets on my fence knocked loose and a little gutter damage, but they did the work on a moments notice and within a couple of hours when all other tree services were booked for a month or more. With that in mind, I will happily replace a few broken pickets and rake some sticks and leaves to save $2000. All in all, they were fast and cheap and helped me out in a bind.

Came later than expected but had a polite and professional crew that got the job done. I would hire again. They listened to my concerns and needs. Yes, I would hire again.

They have a great team of people working for them. Their tree trim crew was professional and expertly performed some challenging work. For my home, they were working to repair significant ice storm damage to 5 - old, large oak trees. This required a lot of clean up and pruning because it was very important to me that the trees live and be healthy for many more years. Their tree expert carefully cleaned up my trees making sure to pay attention to balance and the overall health of the tree/canopy. Also, I had 4 pine trees (2 small, 1 medium and 1 large) in my backyard that unfortunately were killed or were in the process of being killed (which I knew about prior, I just hadn't taken care of yet) by the pine bark beetle. They offered me a great deal to remove those trees before they also started to cause me problems. The biggest of the trees was right next to two live power lines. This required them to rope down the tree in sections making sure that they didn't hurt themselves or damage the power lines. Overall, I could not be more happy with the quality of work and the experience. While I am sad to have to lose my pine trees, I am glad that the professionals that I met, were willing to talk to me, explain the problems, and professionally take care of my entire yard of trees.

These guys don't mess around. Very friendly and very professional, fair pricing, quality and efficient work. We had two trees to drop, two trees to trim, and stumps to grind. They descended on our property and completed the job in just two hours. cleaned up and did a walk around before accepting payment. I highly recommend this bonded and insured team!

Fast and efficient. Their crew cleaned up a yard full of downed trees in half a day, in 90 degree heat. Many neighbors in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa, area using their services due to the Aug. 10 derecho, and they don't disappoint. Reasonably priced.

I consider the cost $2000 for one tree expensive

I had gotten other tree removal estimates that were completely insane but this one was very reasonable. The turn around time was very quick from estimate to doing the job, the job itself was done very efficiently with good clean up, and the guys were polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again!

They took gross advantage of an 86 year old man, and charged him a huge amount. They padded extra mystery charges for services not supplied.

Luis Palacios and crew are hands down the most efficient and professional team we have ever worked with. From the time of our inquiry to remove a medium tree and trim some large branches, to finish was amazing. The entire process was 3 hour wait for return call (from online inquiry), 10 minute drive to my house for quote. Then came out the next day and completed the job in 2.5 hours. They brought a wood chipper and cleaned up after themselves. Their equipment did not damage the lawn and they were very respectful. We are so happy they were in Florida working on another job. If they weren't we would've missed out on an amazing job. A round of applause👏. Recommending them for every job from here on out.

Pretty surprised they were able to cut down three 90 foot Pines that were ten feet away from my house and clean up everything in one day. They did a great job today and I would definitely recommend them if you have any tricky trees Requiring professional help.
