their business is located outside of Houston, so not likely to do much business in the Austin area, other than extreme circumstances like our ice storm.

It will help if you are fluent in Spanish. I had specific storm damage I needed to remove and explaining what I wanted was difficult. They chipped and hauled away the large stuff, but I needed to clean up the small twigs etc. (This was explained to me when I contracted with them.)

These guys are focused on getting in and out without concern for your trees or property. They used spikes to climb the trees that I wanted trimmed. That can cause insect infestation and kill trees. Totally amateurs. They leaked oil all over my driveway and left huge ruts in my back yard. I would never let these guys on my property again.

The trim work they did was fine. However, they removed a tree and replaced it with a new one. I was assured the new tree would be a good one. It was not, it was old and not in good shape. when the project started I was assured they would replace the tree if it did not survive. It has not. Further, I was never given a receipt after NUMEROUS requests. The owner just tells you what you want to hear, promises to make it right but never does. he has now ghosted me and will not make it right. I paid almost $4000 for his service. A separate tree expert has said the tree will not make it. I am pursing legal action in court.

I hired them to remove two 40 foot pine trees close to my house in the front yard. The work was done within a week of ordering it, and they ground the stumps and laid sod in the yard to make the site look great, like there had never been trees there. In addition, they trimmed a medium-sized oak, so that the yard looks cared for. The trees worried us because of the upcoming hurricane season, but now we feel much more ready for anything.

Fast response to request. Efficient and responsive to directions. Good cleanup after removal of large pine tree and trimming of trees. Price was fair.
