My project for them was to remove an 80 year old pecan tree that hat fallen. They accessed the situation told me what they could and could not do. Very pleased with the results. Also had them trim various trees on the property. They worked timely and every thing was cleaned up to my approval. I will use them again in the future.

HORRIBLE Experience with these guys. I hired them to trim and thin the trees in my yard. I was unable to be there while they did the work but we walked the lot and I told them exactly what I needed. Total of 5 trees. I had 1 tree in front and 4 in the back. The 1 tree in the front was actually done properly. In the back, they barely trimmed 1 of the 4 trees and completely didn't touch the other 3. I contacted Armando 5-7 times via text and on his cell. He told me on multiple occasions that they would be here at a specific time. I was at the house for all occasions and neither he nor anyone from Katy Tree Service showed up. So I did a google search on Katy Tree Service and it looks like I am not the first person that they scammed. They seem to have a history of doing this. Many of the other reviews said that they would leave and promise to come back the next day to finish the job, but needed to get paid so they could pay the workers. If they got your check you would never see them again. I have no idea how this company can stay in business.

Jose and his crew did a great job trimming 2 large trees, 3 crepe myrtles, large palms along fence line and grinding down above ground roots. Will definitely call on them again.

Katy Tree Service was very professional. They arrived on time and provided a very competitive quote. On the day of service they arrived little late but called ahead to inform me. The service was quick and efficient. They cleaned up and hauled off and the yard looked as though they were never there when they left.

They quickly trimmed the trees, picked up the mess, reasonable in price. He is not an arborist so he did not determine any disease problems.

The Workman did a fantastic job. He had to remove two medium sized trees from the middle of my gardens. I was so happy to find there was no noticeable damage to ANY existing plants, from the large shrubs and the newly sprouted seedlings. He was fast, clean, and surgical. I would definitely recommend them!
