Yes you should have been asked what days work for you, that is our policy we never assign a day, it is always the customers choice unless they want to know what our next available appointment is, Whew March was a great month for Katy Kustom Gutters, we were 2 weeks out for an installation appointment, Monday-Saturday and some Sundays, everyone wanted gutters, yes our prices are very competive, and our warranty is the best in the industry, running 3 trucks a day Monday-Sunday, was crazy, but there should be no excuses and I do apologize and most of all we very much appreciate your feedback. Also we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY, most companies offer 1-3 years. We stand behind our work and should you ever have a problem no service charge fee to come and see why your gutters are not functioning, we will not have you trouble shoot climb on a ladder, if its a birds nest clogging your gutters we will clean and we will be on our way.. I hope this helps you understand why we have a minimum."
