They are a small, family owned shop. They are pretty good, I like them a lot. There is no high pressure. They sell you what you need and don't try to upsell you.

I've had several of my vehicles worked on at Certified Auto on numerous occassions and they've never provided anything other than excellent service. This particular experience was no different. I'd recommend them to anyone both in and outside of the Katy, TX area. Extensive expertise, high quality service, excellent customer service, cost conscious and quick turnaround, all the things I need to keep my family vehicles on the road.

He is a very honest guy. His wife works in the office and she is very friendly. Answers all questions and shows you what they have to do. Very detail oriented. They take appointments, They are very thorough.
