They did the job on very short notice after Beryl, competitive pricing and clean up afterwards was excellent. I had 2 big and 2 small trees removed and several others trimmed

HIGHLY RECOMMEND- Chris Garcia and his team, including Matthew, Manuel, Tacho & the other workers did an outstanding job of trimming several large trees, as well as removing a very large mature tree that had died. Chris came out and did the initial assessment, quoted a fair price, and was able to start the work that week. His crew showed up on time, performed the work in a timely, professional manner and cleaned up so well you hardly knew they had been there, other than the trees looking wonderfully neat & trimmed and the large dead tree was gone. There was an english-speaking supervisor on site each time (the project was in 2 phases - one for the trimming, the other for the removal) and Chris was available throughout the process as needed. He spoke with his team at the beginning and end of the projects and we chatted afterwards so I could thank him. The workers were very helpful, polite and professional. They cared about the work they did and worked very diligently the entire time.

Garcia Professional Tree Services did a great job! Chris came out with the crew and went over everything. He really knows his stuff. The 4 person crew worked very efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They had an English speaking lead guy that communicated well with us and the other guys. The crew showed up on time and, after a brief consult about some specific limbs overhanging the roof, they set to work. The work was done very timely and efficiently. After they were done you would not have guessed they had been there, except for the four newly groomed oak trees around our house. They did such a nice job getting all four trimmed, cleared, and shaped. And the limbs overhanging the roof were perfectly thinned out. Everything looks so good. We couldn’t be happier with the work done. And the crew was so courteous and professional. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Well done! Thank you.

Update to my original review. Update! Now I would give them seven stars if possible! Fidel came to speak with me and listened to my concerns. Apparently there was was disconnect in the original communication with the crew. A crew came back and cleaned out the dead branches from the tree in the front yard and the flowerbed by the garage. This crew also cut out the large limbs that I was told were dead this time whereas last time they were haphazardly cut off four feet from the bottom. This time they were cleaned out much better and more to my understanding. This crew really took their time to get the job done correctly and went the extra mile to make sure the customer was satisfied. The crew even trimmed the shrubs in the front flowerbed to make them look nice and also cleaned up around the back corner area. Now in the future when I need tree service I will definitely be contacting Garcia Professional Tree Service. They have truly proven to be Professional! This is my original review which I felt needed to be included to show that this company really does care to make things right. I called and Chris came to give me an estimate (although he got caught in traffic and was later than he said he would arrive )which I thought was reasonable and scheduled for a few days later. As I recall they crew arrived on time and got to work as soon as they arrived. It looked like things were going well as I saw many of the dead limbs being taken away, They were only here for about half the time I was told they would take for the job, Now, I believe I know why. just before they left I walked to the front flower bed and was pulling out a stray growth that should have been taken out by the crew. One of the crew did come over and pull that one out for me. I applaud him for that. I should have done a better inspection before handing over the payment though ( I had to ask for a receipt twice...which I finally received). I found a small limb in the tree in the back corner which was cut but not fully and left there rather than taken away. I also found many many dead limbs in the flowerbed by the garage which I went out and cut taking me over an hour to do this myself and then had to cut down small enough and secure properly for the trash. I recently looked again and upon inspection for the flowerbed by the garage there are some stumps of "trees" that they cut there which are two inches in diameter....so those will more than likely be a problem for me to take care of again in the future. I also noticed that there were many dead limbs in the tree in the front yard; however they are too high for me to cut so those will have to be taken care of by Mother Nature. I had read all the 5 star reviews and was looking forward to having my dead tree and dead shrubs taken care of...however I feel that although the crew was constantly working while here.... the job was incomplete!

Was given a quote by Marcos and so I agree to use their services. He gave me a date of Saturday and that it would most likely be by 10 AM but the he would touch base with me prior to that to confirm a more solid time. Saturday came with no call or text, so at 10:15 AM, I text him asking for an ETA. He said he was running late and was looking more like 3 PM-5 PM (my thoughts at that time were that's more than a bit late, kinda late in the day for my services needed and why did I have to reach out to be told that, shouldn't he have reached out to me as promised regardless). So I waited. At 5:11 PM, I still hadn't heard anything so I text again asking if I should even expect them to come today. No response whatsoever. As as a last attempt against my better judgement but trying to give the benefit of the doubt since HE originally called me to do the job, I sent a text at 8:24 PM asking if he was going to reschedule or if I needed to find someone else and that it's better to respond late than not at all. It is now 11:30 PM on Saturday and I have had zero communication back. So disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate of people and their time. I could have had someone else out to do the job had I just been told. Don't call people, give them quotes, agree to do the job, set up a time and then ditch out and not even attempt to reschedule, work it out, let people know what's going on, communicate, etc.

Mr. Garcia and his crew came at 9:15AM and they were completely done by 10AM--except for the stump grinding--which was done later in the day by another crew. The cutting crew was efficient, careful, and did a great job cleaning up. We were completely impressed by their professionalism. We also thought the $750 cost for everything was fair--compared to other jobs we have had done. I would definitely hire this company again!!

The job was scheduled on a Friday, but as soon has they arrived, it began to rain. They came back the next day when I was not at home and completed the job as discussed.

It went well and both trees removed and one tree was pruned up with the branches off the roof.

It went well. They wanted extra beyond what they estimated but I didn't want to pay that. They needed more because I wanted some larger branches trimmed.

Quick response for a quote, came out the next day and removed two trees and several shrubs. They were quick, efficient and professional and they even cleaned up the area. Would definitely hire again!

They came and gave a price for trimming 2 large palm trees in my back yard. They were able to come and complete the project the same day. They did a good job and did a good job of cleaning up after.

Fidel’s men really know what they are doing! I just told them which trees to trim (I have many) and they trimmed them perfectly- my yard now looks like the “after” photo in a gardening magazine. They also do a great job of cleanup. I’ve been using Garcia Professional Tree Service for about 9 years, and I’m always happy with their work.

It went very well and the tree and bushes they did look very nice! I have received several compliments on how nice it looks. They also put down mulch in the landscaping and I am very pleased with all that I ha done. I also recommended them to neighbor and he had trees trimmed and very satisfied.

It went great. They were here and gone in two hours and cleaned up excellently. The price was great and I have recommended them to my neighbors!

He offered a good price for the services, so I hired him. The workers did a good job, so I was considering him for more tree trimming work. Although they did leave empty bottles of water around my house, after they finished the work. My mistake was that I didn't get an invoice from him that indicated the amount of the service and the amount I paid. He failed to mention that there is a $45.00 charge to pay with a credit card. When asked about it, he said he forgot. Please learn from my mistake, don't pay anything until you have an invoice. I will never do business with this company again.
