Description of Work: We have several flat parts on our roof (on a very tall home) that need special attention to maintain. The roofers we have used before on our previous home do not specialize in flat roofs so they recommended Callen roofing to us and they were great! Very professional and we have been very pleased with the job that was done.

Description of Work: REMOVED ALL LAYERS OF ROOF. REMOVED ALL SOFFITS. REMOVED ALL FLASHING. REPLACED ABOVE, INSTALLED 4 NEW TURBINE VENTS. USED 30 YEAR ALGAE-EATER SHINGLES, HAULED OFF DEBRIS AND DID MAGNETIC SWEEP TO PICK UP NAILS. 7 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY.
