I called to have two locks rekeyed.  I did not realize there was a third lock.  Provider explained the process and then completed the work.  Efficient.  Professional.  Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

We wanted to rekey  the locks to our newly purchased home. The service provider arrived on time. The job was professionally done. The person who did the job was courteous, friendly and answered all questions that we asked. We are new to the katy area the city and the country.  Hence a lot of our questions went beyond just the keys. The gentleman was really helpful, patient and answered all of them. He did an excellent job of rekeying within an hour. I mentioned that I got him on Angie's list and he gave us the 5% discount that they advertise for. We would definitely recommend this service provider and use him in the future.

I broke a key off in our front door lock. My husband tried to replace it, but the deadbolt became stuck and we couldn't open the door. B&B came out Saturday afternoon and replaced the lock. The work was well done. He showed up within the time frame that was quoted over the phone. Excellent provider, and I would use this company again.

I called B&B the morning after a break in and robbery of our house. A man at B&B took details and promised to have a locksmith at our house within an hour or so, and that he would call first to let us know he was coming. Within the hour, Matthew called to say he was on his way; he arrived about 15 minutes later. Matthew re-keyed all the locks, replaced the back door knob/unit, lubricated and adjusted the mechanisms, and even tightened some loose hinges. Matthew is very professional and kind. 
The doors work great and we are more at peace now that the locks have been changed.
B&B Locksmiths is an excellent company and I will do business with them and highly recommend them!

Our house was burglarized and a key was taken. B&B came out within one hour of calling them later in the day. It was a pretty simple straightforward job which they did with excellent responsiveness and professionalism. I am extremely pleased. I will use them again if I need them and I recommend them without reservation.

Bryan came out and did a superb job. Everything was explained and the work was fast, efficient, and clean.

I called in the morning to request service and was told someone could come in the next 2-3 hours.  He called about an hour later and said he would be here within the next 45 minutes.  He arrived in 30 minutes.  He was very friendly to me as well as my dogs, but set straight to work.  He offered to replace the latch only, but since I had a whole new lock already, I had him replace the whole lock.  After he was finished with the lock he went around and adjusted all of our exterior doors, so that they open, close and latch like a dream. (37 year old house)  The price was very fair, service was prompt and efficient and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend B & B to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Matthew arrived and was immediately friendly and informative about the process. It took him about 30 minutes from start to finish to rekey the locks and provide me with new keys. I used my Angie's List coupon and received a 5% discount which was nice. Before he left, Matthew showed me that the new keys were nothing like the old ones, and then explained the bill. Overall, a great experience, will definitely call B&B again!
