Affordable AC Service

I really liked the way they took the time to explain what was going on with the old system and answering all of my questions. I ended up going from 2 systems to a single system with 3 zones that is much more efficient. It was a very easy process working with them. Highly recommend giving them your business!

They were available to come out on a Sunday to give us an estimate. The job was completed as scheduled and we were provided a window unit free of charge to use until they could get the AC installed. Very professional and friendly service.

This is a family owned business. After going through a very trying tome with our home warranty company and their manipulative AC company, it was a pleasure dealing with Jose Cardona, his father, brother, and crew. We have a townhouse with no side yard so the equipment had to go through our first floor. The AC that was replaced sits on a platform on the second story. The old and new equipment had to be mounted on a crane to be removed and installed. Other companies said they would “figure out” how to do this type of install. But Jose told me he had experience with using cranes for this type of job. He returned the night before the install to check his measurements. He and his crew arrived on time, they got to work immediately, putting down protective covering on the hard wood floor, and finished the install mid afternoon with no hitches and no wasted time. Jose had showed me the unit he recommended, was attentive to our desire not to break the bank, explained the pros and cons of different condensers and air handlers, and was flexible when negotiating the final cost. Our new system is working well. Affordable Air offered 10 year parts and labor and will return once a year for $50 to check the system. I was thrilled to have found them!

Had a great experience with Affordable AC Service. Spoke with 3-4 companies before them, so I knew what they should be offering, what to ask about, and roughly how much it should cost. Met with Jose who is very knowledgeable, communicated clearly, offered a good price and fantastic warranty, and did not pressure me to make the sale. His installation crew was also excellent - did their work thoroughly, taking time to satisfy my curiosity about system installation and operation. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Kept our house clean by laying down drop cloth everywhere and picked up all debris outside. Jose explained much of what we needed to know in detail and followed up about city inspections. The thing that attracted me about this company is that it is family owned. I was not disappointed. Joe, the eldest son, came to my home and after making his assessment gave me a very competitive bid. After accepting the bid, Joe and his crew(father, brother, and nephew) showed up at the appointed time and installed ( seamlessly ) my new American Standard a/c - heating system in about 4 hrs. Great job!
