I've used them for three years. They are always on time, very professional, and my lawn looks great. However, sometimes it's hard to get in touch with the owner.

Don't waste your time or money on this company. Their service has been slipping in quality, poor at communication, and they charge for services that they do not perform.
For first few years they were fine. The last several years have been less so. Before, they occasionally trimmed the bushes, but now they had to be asked to do it or only would do so if it was way out of control. We often ended up having to do it ourselves. They would sometimes miss a mowing without explanation. I would call and leave a message, and eventually they would fix the issue but never called back. This June, they missed a mowing (not the first they missed this year) and I called them, asking them to come and do it and to call me so I could talk to them because the service level has been deteriorating. No response. I made a second call two days later asking to speak with someone, no response. A week after they were originally supposed to come out they finally mowed the lawn.
I then started looking more closely at my bill. I discovered for at least two months they have been charging me for mowing services that they didn't do. For June, the month I called above, they charged me for two mowings: the original date that they didn't show up and another date two weeks later (6/14 & 6/28), yet they only came the one week in between (6/21). The previous month, May, they had done a similar thing (charged for 3 mowings when they only did 2). I called and asked to speak with someone. No response. Another call, another no response. I emailed them regarding this fairly serious issue asking someone to call me. I received a curt email "I received your voice and email.Do not pay the bill and i will discontinue service.As far as the bbb and further actions do what you have to do.consider this are final correspondence." I wish I had been looking more closely at my bills sooner.

We have used him for years and we love him. He is very very honest. He always does what he says he s going to do. His timing is sometimes a little off so it s important to remain flexible, but he has given me some great recommendations and his prices are extremely fair.
