My husband thought he was full of crap, so he took the toilet apart himself and found out it was a builders error (6 years ago) and fixed the problem himself.
We will be seeking a refund for ALL money paid because we feel we were severely ripped off by this company. DO NOT USE.

Hugo, the technician, arrived on time. He was a very neat, personable and professional young man. I appreciated that he did not point out my stupidity in neglecting to change the filter.
Both Avitus and Hugo were courteous and helpful. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I will be positively responding to their offer of a maintenance agreement and look forward to their assistance in keeping my a/c and heating unit in tip-top shape.
Update:They had to come back the next week on 9/3/13 because the toilet was still running and they came back again the 5th to install the new handle to get the problem completely fixed. So they had to come out a total of 4 times to get the problem corrected.

"We do provide 24/7 service via a live Tempo Air employee and we monitor our incoming and outgoing calls for improvement and training purposes. Unfortunately, we do not have a record of your call to our office over the weekend. We have confirmed with our phone system and with the numerous service calls that were set up; that there was no interruption in service. Please provide us with the phone number you attempted to call along with your phone number you used to make this call and we can double check our records. We are happy to server you and your family 24/7 and we hope we hear from you soon."
