The cable was a little bit out and he called our cable provider for us and asked what he needed to do. It was advised we should get a new remote. We went and bought a new one and everything is working wonderfully.
He even followed up after everything completed and asked how everything was going. He was very professional.

I cracked the screen to my new LED 3D 55 inch tv. Wow what a bummer--it was either toss it or fix it. Sam's Electronics was an authorized LG repairman in my area. I took the tv to him for an estimate. I felt the estimate was cheaper than buying a new tv. The order for the new screen was placed and in about a week I had a "new" tv. Awesome service for a great price.

My parents bought a 48" LG TV just before Christmas and used it for 34 days before it just didn't turn on one day. My husband took it back to Best Buy where they bought it in hopes it could be swapped out, but because it was past the 30 day window, they sent it out for repair. It took about 2 weeks (and the frame was slightly scratched in transit) and when we brought it home to them, it started ONCE and then not again! We were not going to repeat that experience, so we called LG and asked them to have someone come to my parents' home to fix the TV. That was the right way to go, especially using Sam's Electronics. First of all, when my husband called to set up the appointment (my parents are elderly and we try to do these things for them), Sammy asked for a detailed explanation of the problem - his philosophy is to arrive for the appointment with everything he needs to do the fix so only one visit is needed. He ordered a new motherboard on that Monday and warned us that it could take up to a week and a half to get it. Six days later, on a Saturday morning, he called to say the part was in and he could come by that day. He gave my parents a 2 hour window and was there during that time; fixed the TV and determined that the remote was working fine, once the TV was working. We did not meet him in person but my parents said he was very polite and professional. Excellent experience all around; we will use his service to work on our TVs in the future.
