Description of Work: Summer tuneup of ac system. Went well except they never emailed or called me when the tech was coming. I just happened to be home when he arrived. They called later and said I had double paid and offered me a refund or a free winter service. That makes them number 1 in my book.

Description of Work: Evaluated home A/C system. Added and charged for two pounds of R-22 refrigerant in one of the three systems. Recommended replacing one system due to hole in evaporator coil

Description of Work: I received the online special. Overall the service was good. I was charged for a service that was included in the special however the company did refund the charge. I would use in the future.

Description of Work: Technician came out out to perform annual A/C maintenance on 2 units and determined that the evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. I could hear her detection device beeping every time a leak was found. One of their Comfort Specialists came out the next day. He looked at the coil and quoted $1,800, which sounded high until I did some research. Two days later, two technicians replaced the coil. Everyone that entered my home was professional and courteous - and clean! Wore protection over their shoes every time they entered. The system is running well and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Reliant was very responsive, nice and professional. They explained to us that we needed a diagnostic service instead of the check-up service that we purchased with the coupon because the system was currently not operating. We used them for the diagnostic and repair and paid them directly. We were very pleased with their quick response, ease of service and actual service completed because they were able to quickly resolve the issue at a low cost. This was especially true since we had to operate remotely as we were not able to be there in person. So since we were not able to use the coupon, they recommended we get a refund.

Description of Work: We have signed an ongoing contract with Reliant. They helped identify a problem, repaired it and gave us a deal on a year contract. The office staff is helpful and courteous and the servicemen are excellent. They are coming to service our AC this month as well!
