GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!

I needed help to fix an outlet that was not getting power. The technician was top notch. No issues with him. My only complaint was the way the pricing was presented by the lady on the phone. She told me the technician would look at the job and propose a price. When he got here, he had only three fixed rates to offer; specifically, $239, $289, $359 or similar. After I questioned the rates, he called his manager the three rates were expanded to 9 fixed rates and we were able to get the work done for $149.

Mr. Sparky was on time , polite. He explained everything he had to do. He worked extremely hard on my house to have it done on time. Far and beyond my expectations

Great job. Thomas was on time, friendly, efficient, resolved the issue in a timely manner and was even nice to my cats. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

He was transparent and made several suggestions all of which I took on board. He worked hard and fast with attention to detail. My home is now a safer place as a result of his work. The fan looks great and it is very quiet. They identified a problem that was making the fan buzz, fixed it, and the fan is perfect now. This was a difficult install because there is no attic access above the ceiling and there was no fan or light in that spot before. Very professional and thorough. Found a new electrician.

Did an excellent job in all categories.

It only took him 10-15 min. to install the ballast. For the price I thought it was too expensive. However I didn't have a choice They charge a fee of $59.00 just for showing up, even if you elect not to have the job done.

Steve was a very pleasant electrician. Did a full assessment of electrical panel, smoke detectors and ground line. Strongly suggested some changes that he thought were needed, but was not pushy. We ended getting/paying quite a bit more than we were planning, but his work was satisfactory and he took the time to explain and write down the cost breakdown. Very appreciative of that. Definitely would consider hiring again.

The technician was very courteous and gave many options but the work was not completed. He was supposed to check all outlets and switches to make sure they worked. He missed some and left some things undone although they were requested. The prices were too high as well but since I was just moving to the area and under a time constraint I went with them. I would not recommend them.
