 + -1 moreThey are usually consistent, but the last time they were very expensive. I had all the parts and still they were quite expensive. I will probably use them again in the future because they have been consistent all these years.

 + 1 moreI really liked him. I thought they did a great job. I thought their price was reasonable. Everything seems to be functioning properly now. I plan on using him again.
Description of Work: I used Mark Ondras Plumbing in the end of August. He came and did unclogging and general cleaning of the main drain for me. It is the main drain that goes from the roof down to the drain pipe and out to the road.

Description of Work: Mark came to give us a second opinion after another plumber gave us a price of over $5,000.00 to fix root instrusion. He put a bladed auger in the vent pipe from the roof and had us fixed up in under an hour. Total price, $89.50. It cost us over $600.00 to get absolutely nothing done with another plumber. Mark is the man!!! Do not call anyone else.

 + -1 moreAfter draining and removing the old heaters, drain pans and drain lines were installed, then the new heaters were put in. The new water lines were put in using flex lines to make future work easier. In addition, a recirculator was installed one the main heater. Now the master bath has hot water immediately, rather than taking 2-3 minutes.
Description of Work: Mark replaced two 40 gallon gas water heaters. This included bringing the installations up to code with drain pans and drainage. A hot water recirculator was also installed.

 + -1 moreI called at approximately 6:50 pm to report the problem, and Mark Ondras himself answered the phone. He said it would be about an hour before he got to us. With that in mind, I ran a quick errand and when I got back to the house at 7:10, he was already there working! He had the roots cleaned out and our plumbing running great by 7:30. He's friendly, competent, and he doesn't charge overtime for nights or weekends. I wouldn't use anyone else!
Description of Work: Tree roots had grown into our main water line between the house and the sewer line, so they cleaned out the mainline.

 + 0 moreMark couldn't have been more accommodating. He had to come back to our house many times and made us feel like we were a priority. My friend had some bad experiences with his son, so, make sure you get Mark.
Description of Work: Mark has replaced toilets, water heater, and added water lines. Our house had very old plumbing, he worked to bring the water heater up to code, and ran a new water line to the kitchen so that we could get hot water faster. We had installed a really cheap toilet ourselves; he bought it from us to save us some money when we had to install a new one (we have a large family and needed a toilet that fit our needs better). He helped us solve our sewer smell problem (had leaking sewer lines under the house) by diagnosing and getting someone else out here the next day to change out the majority of our sewer lines. Rearranged the toilets in our master baths and guest baths to save the number of new toilets we needed to purchase.

Description of Work: They installed a sewer clean out pipe, which runs from our house to the main water hydrant, because the sewage was starting to back up. They had to dig up our yard.
