Kenny at Ken Murray's Air Conditioning Service was very prompt, nice and very honest. I am so lucky to have found them. Kenny kept in contact and this project was done in 1 1/2 days. Ken Murray's service was outstanding.

Very personal and professional. They weren't the cheapest estimate, but when I shared the other company's price, they agreed to come down a bit. They finished quickly and pouring rain didn't stop them. It's been a year since they installed it and I heard a strange noise coming from one of the units. I called them and they came when they promised. Turns out something had gotten loose, so it was vibrated in the unit and making a strange noise, but there was nothing else wrong with it. They fixed it so it wouldn't make any more noise and came inside to make sure that everything was working the way it was supposed it. They didn't charge me at all for the visit, not even a service call.

The previous homeowners had used this company to install the furnace back in 1994. I have not had a single problem with the furnace until this minor normal wear/tear problem occurred. When I was trying to figure out who to call, I saw that they had been in business since 1976 and were local in the area so I decided to give them a call - I am very glad that I did. They answered my first call (no need to leave a message and wait to speak to someone), found time in their busy schedule to come out within an hour of first speaking to me (it was cold outside so they rushed right over), were professional when they arrived, got the problem fixed quickly, and were reasonably priced. I can't say enough how professional and knowledgeable they were - I completely trust them to advise me on AC/ heating matters that I do not know much about. Since my furnace is about 20 years old now, if I do need a new one in the near future, I will most definitely be calling Ken Murray again.

Extremely polite techs. They were knowledgably and honest. Our old unit suddenly stopped working on Wed and by Fri we had a/c again. They went above and beyond working long hours to make sure we did not go without a/c longer than we had to. They even cleanup after themselves - including vacuuming the carpets!

They are very honest and well-trained. They were fairly priced and very professional. They follow-up well and do a good job. I have been using their services for the last 9 years and will continue to use the same in future.

I personally think that they have good prices. They're very friendly and personable. I can tell that they really know their business just by the quality of their work.
