Jon Wright Roofing did a complete re-roof for us after our roof was damaged by large hail.  The job involved removal of the asphalt shingles and then remove the old wood shakes roof that was underneath the asphalt shingles.  Quite a job with a lot of labor just to remove the old roof.  After removing the old roof, then installed a new roof deck of OSB with radiant barrier, premium felt, premium shingles, upgraded ridge, new drip edge, metal valleys, new lead roof jacks and vents, and a new custom chimney cap made to match the original that was damaged by the hail.  They also improved the attic ventilation by adding additional soffit vents.  Very nice job with good workmanship.  Good cleanup after the work.  Had a couple of very minor cosmetic issues and they returned quickly and fixed them.  Robert Ross, the salesman, was great, kept us informed all along the way, answered any questions, and was always available by cell phone and email, and really stayed on top of the job to make sure everything was as it should be.  He initiated frequent follow-ups with us to make sure we were completely satisfied.

I am going to sound like a marketing guy for Jon Wright Roofing and for this I can only say one thing - he and my contact, Rob Ross, are two of the most honest and integrity-filled guys in the DFW area for roofing. Jon may very well have the best rep in Dallas for putting on a great roof, standing behind his work, and employing guys who honestly want you to have the best roof possible. It will cost for the upgrades and for the warranty - but if you can afford it, do it.
I took about 50 pics and some videos (with permission) to document the experience. I work for a bunch of Neurosurgeons and I have learned to document everything because otherwise you can't learn from mistakes or teach properly.
Here you go: After all the insurance wrangling (roof replacement due to hail damage) and quotes and selecting the upgrades (I did ask Jon Wright to come out to meet him personally - he is very passionate about his profession and doing the right thing), my roofing adviser, Rob Ross took care of the process from start to finish.
7 am: the roofing team has assembled at my house and begin tearing the existing roof down, they are working like dogs and I can hear the old shingles slide down my living room's roof to the backyard.
10 am: i hear this truck worm its way into my alley and I go outside to receive a bunch of shingles, storm guard underlayment, flashing, radiant barrier, nails, and vents. This is a huge load delivered by a flat-bed truck that lifts and slowly drops!
10:30: the team is pulling out the old plywood roof and throwing them onto the shingle pile. I am looking at a pic of this and see long staples sticking out every foot. Not a great thing to see, I would have preferred seeing nails.
2 pm: they have removed and replaced almost all of the plywood and replaced it with individually cut radiant barrier - one guy shouting the dimensions and another guy cutting. These guys are experienced. Now they are laying down the GAF Armor Guard synthetic material in place of regular felt. It doesn't have wrinkles and it is tight and perfect. Next they place boxes of shingles every 3 or 4 feet.
4 pm: the team has picked their staring point for the roof shingles and have started hammering - 3 guys are putting the shingles on from the bottom in a stair-step pattern - this is important so you don't get a moire pattern on your roof!
6 pm: the dumpster has arrived and the big pile of old shingles and plywood are unceremoniously thrown in. It is filled shortly to the brim. I found a piece of shingle (after the final trash pick-up) no bigger than a silver dollar that was left over - amazing!
7 pm: Rob drops off some insulation to be blown into the master bedroom for tomorrow - the guys are going to leave that part of the roof until then alone. Rob and Jon (with a few experts thrown-in) have determined how to fix a particularly vexing problem that I have in my house - it is hotter than anything in the master and come to find out - there is no venting for that room.
7 am next day: Rob comes and personally loads the insulation blower machine and fills the master br with attic insulation (R49) before the radiant barrier over the master is started. He inspects and re-inspects and is happy with the result. He also guides the team into where and how the new and improved venting should be placed and nailed.
4 pm: The guys are finished with the roof - it looks fabulous and the house is very appreciative because it can breathe now. Everything has gone to plan and we will get the gutters installed next week. The big dumpster is still here and I have heard that it is going to be in my driveway for a couple of days. I call Jon Wright personally to get this taken care of because he is forced to use a Plano contractor for this part. After talking with him, the dumpster is removed the next day.
Gutters: the following week, Rob came out and (he actually was at my house checking and rechecking before, during and after the install making sure everything was handled correctly and he really was present and active and authoritative) talked with me about the gutters. I told him what color (from samples) and then I told him that I was going to (eventually) put a pool in the back yard. He helped re-site the downspouts and now I have only one downspout in the backyard! Perfect for when the pool gets here - no additional underground piping necessary. It looks great, too!
Ok, I am running out of time - so here is the bottom-line: Jon Wright Roofing is hands-down the best roofer, the best GAF-certified roofer in Dallas and maybe the country. I expect my new roof to give me years of service and with this crazy Texas weather, I am self-assured that me and my family made the right choice, the right investment - see, I sound like a marketing guy!

Prompt estimate with details and options to replace a roof which was damaged by hail.  Completed the repairs and left the house very neat  by removing the old shingles and thrash.  All work was done within the cost estimate by the insurance company.  Extremely satifiied wirh their work .  I would highly recommend them to others and  would use them again if  I had another roof to replace.

Overall great! But sales people need to talk to workers. I chose company because they replace all existing with new material - but this did not happen - old felt was not replaced and nor was storm guard used in valleys, skylight and rakes - wish I could speak Spanish to tell workers.

I originally contacted Jon Wright Roofing (courtesy Angie's List) about a month before the work was done. A time was scheduled to come and survey the problem. I was very pleasantly surprised that Jon Wright himself took the time to see me; apparently the man who would ordinarily do this was booked up. I think it took all of 15-30 minutes (if that) to discuss the issue and for Jon to get up on the roof to determine the likely cause. Jon also walked the entire roof to identify other possible problem areas (seems we may not be venting optimally). After that, we spent at least another 90 minutes talking about various and sundry; Jon is a very easy person to talk to! I'm actually a little embarrassed that I took up so much of his time.
Jon gave me two verbal quotes (patch the roof, and if necessary later on, replace the flashing), for $175 and $250 respectively. Meaning, if the additional work to replace the flashing was discovered later on to be necessary, I would only need to pay the difference. Already the quote had me quite pleased, as I've seen shows on TV where such things start off big and get bigger.
I didn't expect Jon Wright Roofing to drop everything to do my job. I mentioned to Jon that I was aware that a reputable contractor can't and won't do that (something that I learned from Mike Holmes' blog (of Holmes on Homes fame). Here's the blog entry: http://www.hgtv.com/home-improvement/so-you-want-to-start-a-renovation--how-to-shop-for-a-contractor/index.html
I received the PDF quote via email within a day or so, and called them up to approve it and to let me know when they can schedule me.
After 3-4 weeks, I started to think that perhaps I should gently inquire as to whether they were able to find a good time to schedule the work, when they called me to book the time! Talk about being on the same page! I shared my availability and we booked the time towards the end of the week. The worker (apologies for not knowing his correct title) arrived, we spoke briefly, I showed him to the problem area and went back to work. He had me come down to have a look when he'd discovered the damaged decking, and to let me know he had to pick up a 4x4 sheet of plywood. At this point I started to worry that the quoted price was going to go out the window, and that the costs would start escalating. Regardless, he did a fantastic job.
A couple weeks had passed, so I called Jon Wright Roofing earlier this week as I had been anticipating receiving a bill for services rendered, and wanted to make sure it hadn't been lost in the mail. I was put on hold briefly, and given the revised pricing for services/materials at a flat $200. I was thrilled! I paid over the phone and received my "PAID" invoice by the end of the week.

We had used Jon Wright roofing for a minor roof maintenance job
previously at the recommendation of some people who had used their
services. The crews were courteous and professional.  We had a few
questions come up regarding differences in what the  insurance was
willing to pay, and the operations manager, Mike Newby, thoroughly and
patiently explained the information to us.  We would recommend Jon
Wright roofing to others.

My experience with Jon Wright Roofing was excellent!!
They were thorough, punctual, honest and answered ALL of my questions.  They took the time to explain everything and were nice if I called back and said I did not understand something.
In an industry known for unscrupulous companies, this is a Company that is A++.   The crew cleaned up and I did not even get a flat tire from nails because they did such a good  picke up job.  Follow up and responsiveness were the best that I have every experienced!!  If my salesperson, Rob could not speak to me when I called he would let me know that he got my message and tell me when he could call back.  All promises were delivered.  I wish every company
I dealt with was like this.
I cannot say enough good things about Rob Ross (my contact/salesperson) or Jon Wright.  If you need a roofer- this is who you want to use!

In early SEP 2012 we decided it was time for a new roof. I had recently
received in the mail a list of widely praised companies that do various kinds
of work called the ?Homeowner Referral Handbook.? There were four
roofing companies listed and I called two of them. They both agreed to send
out someone the next day to make an estimate. I had talked to each of these
two people on the phone and they each stated that would arrive at a
particular time.
Not only did neither one show up, they did not call either on that day or the
next day. So, the names of both of those companies went to the dust bin. I
am glad they showed their true behavior early!
I decided that it was time to invest a small amount of money in Angie?s List.
I looked through the list of roofing contractors and noticed that Jon Wright
Roofing Siding and Windows had many favorable reviews. I called them
and the next day Rob Ross came out and inspected my roof. He called before
he came and showed up on time. WOW!
He informed me that I had hail damage. I was not aware of that, so I called
my home insurance company (State Farm). They sent someone out about 10
days later and that person totaled the roof on the spot and within 20 minutes
wrote me a check. Before the insurance person came out Rob e-mailed me
many Hail Charts to see if we could figure out when the damage occurred.
We never could find a definitive date.
The roof work took 2 ½ days to complete. The days were not contiguous as
weather caused one day to be cancelled. All the changes were well handled
and coordinated with me with ease. I was always kept informed. After the
roof work was done a thorough nail pick up scan was accomplished all
around the house.
The last part of the work was wood repair around the outside of the house.
This had to be rescheduled twice, once at my request and once at Jon
Wright?s. Once again I was always kept informed.
I am very satisfied and if I ever need more roof work I will call Jon Wright.
As an aside of the four roofing companies listed in the ?Homeowner
Referral Handbook.? I received in the mail two were not listed on Angie's List ,one had
only one review (an F), and one that I did not call had many A reviews.

I intentionally waited a year to report this because I am a skeptic about radiant barrier and I wanted 12 months of data to report billing information.
1. Hail storm in April 2011 damaged the roof, but also knocked large holes into the brittle 20+ year old vinyl siding.
2. I've used Jon before for roofing repairs, I was already confident in his company.
3. I still requested 3 estimates, though Jon had the inside track on earning my business.
I now have a beautiful looking house, and a fantastic looking roof (upgraded quality of shingles too) thanks to Jon and his construction team. Everyone on the team was very professional and talented. Special kudos to Jon's construction foreman, Pedro. He is an artist!
This was a huge job. All of the roof & decking was removed & hauled away, then replaced. All of the vinyl siding, external insulation, and decking was removed and hauled off. All through the demolition phase Jon's crew was respectful in cleaning daily. (Though my attic was a mess & I cleaned that myself after the job was complete). During the construction phase Jon's crew was careful to clean daily and make sure our property was clear of construction & roofing nails. As I said above, the house looks great.
The bonus: Since replacing the decking with radiant barrier decking on both the roof and walls I have a seen a 33% reduction in my utility bills. This is the data I wanted to collect before posting my review. I increased the costs of the job by replacing the roof decking, but research (and another professional radiant barrier specialist) suggested that the most effective barrier was that which is applied in the factory directly to the decking. I am extremely pleased with that decision.
Every job like this has challenges. We had our share of minor challenges. Jon keeps the lines of  communication open and remains responsive to me as a customer to resolve any minor issues. I would recommend his roofing AND siding construction team to anyone looking for these services.

I had hail damage to my roof.  I contacted my insurance company and I was told to choose an adjuster to look over my house (roof) and report back the damage incurred.  Jon Wright and Robert Ross were professional and fast at taking pictures of the damage, submitting the information to the insurance company, and working with the insurance company directly.  They completely lined up all of the details in getting the new roof, while making it hassle free for me.  The roofing crew cleaned up after themselves and did not leave trash behind.  It was a quick professional experience.  They were detailed and kept in touch with both my husband and myself (very important).  I appreciate their professionalism.

Upon receiving my insurance company's appraisal that they were going to pay for me to have a new roof and gutters on my house and garage I immediately began to research local roofing companies.  I first went to the internet and received six (6) high pressure sales pitches from people who didn't listen to my concerns.  Some of them didn't even know what they were talking about.  I then remembered hearing about Angie's List, joined up and printed out a list of roofers that actual customers and Angie List members had recommended.  I also decided to check out the GAF manufacturer's website for preferred roofing contractors.  I researched roofing tips and then contacted another round of roofers.  This time I felt that I was dealing with more reputable companies.  I chose Jon Wright Roofing based on their sales representative, Rob Ross, spending his time to make thorough assessment of my roof, their customer's reviews and all the roofing information that Jon Wright had written in his roofing blog on his company website.
Rob thoroughly examined my roof and was later able to get the insurance company to agreed to supplement the original damage appraisal with irrefutable documentation.  Rob Ross's integrity, diligence and in-depth knowledge of the roofing industry's history made it possible for me to have an extremely well installed roof on my house.

Response from Jon Wright Industries
"Thank you for your kind words but the office staff needs complimenting too. We were able to get the insurance to reassess their findings of a 30 year roof. When we proved it was a 40 year we were able to get enough to install the class 4 roofing with a non prorated 100% material and labor warranty for 50 years which also gets him a 27% discount on his insurance premiums. All of this is void if you don't follow the International Residential Code mathematical requirements for balanced ventilation. This is usually the 300 Rule but in some cases it is the 150 Rule. If you don't follow this your roof will most likely not pass inspection in 11 to 12 years and even the lowest of manufacturer's warranties offered by non-certified roofers is void."

Eric is the best!
I chose Jon Wright roofing because i was impressed with the attention he paid to attic ventilation and the security of having a GAF Master Elite rating. I called them and spoke with Jon himself and he was most gracious with his time answering any question and he sent Eric Oesch to be here when the insurance adjuster was evaluating the roof. Eric turned out to be a great person to work with throughout the entire project. I had wanted to do a really nice roof this time because I did not want to have to worry about roofing again for a very long time. Eric helped me determine which upgrades were worth the money and what features were the best bang for the buck and provide a long lasting leak free roof. As i said i like Jon wright for attention to ventilation but I highly suggest using the radiant barrier decking. The ventilation helps a lot to keep the temp of the attic down but the radiant barrier gives it that 1-2 punch that really does the job I have already felt a huge difference in the attic temp and the comfort level of the house in this 100 degree heat. I have also noticed about a least a 100.00 drop in the electric bill a month. When i used to go in the garage to get in my car i would almost suffocate from the heat, now it is very comfortable. The roof is beautiful and leak free and was hand nailed. The crews were very good, efficient and cleaned up after the job very well. The staff at Jon Wright were very friendly and helpful and if you can catch him between his world travels I highly suggest you work with Eric Oesch. His knowledge and attention to doing what it takes to make the customer happy is most important when involved in a project like this. I would like to thank them for a job well done and am sure i will be enjoying their work for a long time to come.

Eric at Jon Wright roofing went beyond what I expected. In addition to accessing and replacing the hail damaged roof, he accessed the need for more attic ventilation. He and his team of several men showed up early on a Friday and completed the job that afternoon. They installed additional attic ventilation and an incredibly beautiful roof which they hand-nailed down with roofing nails. There are no nails coming thru my rafters in the attic. Since they are certified installers, I was able to purchase a transferable written 25 years warranty for the cost of paperwork with the manufacturer - just $75.

Jon Wright did an excellent job!!! We have been upgrading our home and our experience with Jon Wright has been the best from all the contractors we have used. Jon came to our home on time and was always punctual in our appointments. Jon took his time identifying the work that needed to be done, taking pictures and explaining all the options. We knew we had some related problems and took this opportunity to do other work like fascia, siding, soffits and replacing the decking. Jon worked with the insurance company to identify all the work that was done and that needed to be covered by the insurance. The workers did an excellent job. They even worked on a Saturday to finish the work. Everyone we talked to in Jon's office was very friendly and helpful. We will definite be using Jon again. The customer service, excellent work and the competitive price make Jon Wright Roofing the best choice. We had contacted other roofing companies and preferred Jon Wright by far and after the work was completed we are very happy with the results.

"These are some really nice people. They had signed a paper with another roofer but he couldn't do all the roof associated carpentry. We did a lot of little things around the house too. I hope their energy efficiency is really great. Their attic should be 5 to 7 degrees of outside ambient."

I had a terrible experience with Jon Wright Roofing.  I chose them because they were recommended highly on Angie's List and because their bid was priced well, but it was nothing but one disaster after another.
First off - Jon Wright Roofing had very little to do with the actual work performed on my house, it was all just done under their name.  He sent out a subcontractor, Ray McDowell, to do the initial bid and to sign the contract with me.  Ray explained that he was an old buddy of Jon Wright, so they trusted each other and shared business from time to time when things got busy.
The first problem was not major.   It took several weeks longer than expected to get the work actually started on our roof.  I believe Ray told me it would be 2 or 3 weeks, and I received no phone calls to schedule anything until about 4 weeks after signing the contract, after I called Jon Wright to inquire about the status.  Work started 5 or 6 weeks after signing the contract.
They started by replacing some bad spots of siding.   I was not impressed with the quality of siding work.  There were some large gaps between siding and roof lines which were filled with caulk (up to almost an inch).  Some of the trim pieces that were replaced were not cut very precisely to line up in the corners.  I was told that they would try to color match the new siding to the old siding as closely as possible so that I could avoid having to get a paint job right away, but the difference was pretty significant, so I ended up needing to paint the whole house a few months later to avoid it looking mismatched where the patches were done.
While they were cutting into the siding to take it off, they managed to cut an electrical line inside the wall.   I found this out when I came home that night and my alarm clock in my bedroom was not working.  I checked the outlet and the breakers and everything seemed fine, so then I crawled out on the roof and saw where they were in the middle of replacing the siding outside of our bedroom window, and found the cut electrical cable tucked in the insulation inside the wall.  It still had electricity running to it.  It was split straight through and the open ends were resting against fiberglass and wall studs.  So the next morning I called Jon Wright's office and reported the problem, and they said they would look into it.   They later contacted me to explain that the line that was cut was not electrical, it was co-ax TV cable.  I told them that was incorrect and that I'm not an idiot.  When I got home that evening from work, the siding guy was still there, and he said he found the cut line, and he apologized for accidentally cutting it.  He repaired the outlet by simply stretching the cut end of the cable another foot farther down the wall to reach the outlet, and reconnected it.    I had contacted Jon Wright's office and been assured that a licensed electrician would come out to perform the repairs and inspect everything.  The siding guy was actually the guy that did the electrical repair, but it works fine.  I believe Jon Wright said that he later had a real licensed electrician come out to inspect the repair, but I was not home during the day when that would have taken place - and nothing would have been visible from outside the home at that point anyways since the siding had been put back up.  But he did try to "make it right".  All through this Jon Wright was adamant about having the repairs done correctly and not cutting corners, but the contractors that actually showed up every day didn't seem to share the same goals.
The siding guys also cut through the interior drywall with their saw when they were cutting out the rotted siding.  This was just a small incision which I easily patched.  They were probably just using too long of a blade and not being careful.
The next week, they started repairing the roof.  There were no major issues during this part, aside from me finding a hammer, lots of nails, and some cigarette butts around the yard after they "finished".  I asked them to sweep and clean up, and they did the following day.  At this point, Jon Wright himself had been aware of the problems that had been ocurring with the electrical line and such, so he came out to personally inspect and supervise some of the work.  He and the roofers showed me some spots where additional work would be needed to replace some rotted boards, and they were very helpful in explaining the options and the reasons for doing the work and the costs involved.
After the roof, another sub-contract company came out and completed the gutter replacements.  We emailed drawings back and forth to go over the layout and design changes, and they got everything perfectly, including several new downspouts into my recently installed rain barrels.   Their work was perfect.  The sub contractor was A1 Aluminum Inc, out of Irving.
The next week we had a large rainstorm, and I noticed some leaks outside of the house near the carport.  Jon Wright sent out a guy the next day, and they found where some of the flashing had been tucked under incorrectly, and it was quickly repaired.  A couple of months later we had several more large rainstorms, and I noticed a large water spot in our upstairs bedroom ceiling.  I contacted Jon Wright, and they sent someone out to inspect it.  They verified that it was a leak from the flashing around the chimney, which they repaired with caulk.   Jon Wright then decided that caulk was not an appropriate repair, but a lazy patch job, so he sent someone else out and found the problem around the chimney flashing, and made the correct repairs.  A week later we had an appointment with a painter to repair the stain in the ceiling and re-do the texture.   He worked quickly and professionally, but the next day when the paint had dried, the stain was still slightly visible.  (He should have used primer first or applied 2 coats).   I did not bother getting this fixed, since by this point I was tired of meeting contractors to fix their mistakes.
Now its summer 2012, our 3rd summer in this house.  Our AC unit used to do just fine at cooling our house down, and was able to keep things around 78 degrees.  Now on a 105 degree July afternoon, the AC will run non stop and the thermostat will stay parked at 79 or 80 degrees, and the living room (which is a garage conversion at the other end of the house) is about 85 degrees.  The previous 2 summers the rest of the house could easily maintain 78 degrees, while the living room would maybe be 80 or 81.   I know there could be other explanations (old AC unit, other energy efficiency issues, etc) but I highly suspect the new roof to be the cause.  The old roof had 2 turbine type vents to vent out the hot air from the attic above the living room.  Ray McDowell insisted that a ridge vent instead of any turbines would be the best solution, so that is what they installed.   Now I'm not so sure that he was right.
Through this whole process, I should have had maybe 3 or 4 appointments with contractors at my home total.  One for the initial visit, one to sign the contract, one when the work was started, and one when the work was finished.  Over this 8 month period my wife and I had to come home early from work no less than 9 times to meet with contractors and to let them in our house to repair problems that they had caused.  This was the biggest burden.  All of the issues were relatively small on their own, and they all got repaired properly in the end.  But, the hassle in getting there was the worst part of the whole experience.
Jon Wright himself made every effort possible to make things right every time he was notified o
Response from Jon Wright Industries
"This is a total surprise. The siders did cut a wire and fixed it themselves. I sent Add All Electric to inspect the repairs as I felt it should be done by a licensed electrician. We had to remove the siding and put it back so this could be done. This sort of thing is not too unusual during large construction projects. I made sure it was fixed properly, did not complain or pass the buck and did so in a timely manner. There was a leak in the overhang into the soffit that the carpenters caused. This repair was easily repaired and the homeowner told me that the area above it had leaked for years. The client told me the chimney was repaired with caulk and I told him that was insufficient believing the leak to be roof related. I went out with my repairman and found that the problem was eroded masonry. We repaired that and I showed his wife the pictures. I could slide my driver’s license in between the bricks and there were large holes in some places. We fixed the ceiling without performing any roof repairs. The extremely hard rain caused the eroded chimney mortar to leak water into the home. We did the roof, not the chimney brick. I sent the pictures to him via email showing him the problem. The chimney had been properly flashed. The roofer guessed that it was in the corner because he is not a mason and no other problem seemed evident to him. In the end only my experience told me the leak was not the roof. The problems with this job were the siding leaked on a second story part above the first story soffit and the chimney was very badly eroded. We fixed the chimney mortar and the ceiling damage, which wasn't our fault. As the leak appeared after the roof was done it seemed to be us but even the homeowner will tell you the rain was one of the hardest he’d seen. These things do have inception dates and this one was after the roof was done. I reiterate that we performed no roof repairs around the chimney after roof completion except for caulking a corner and the leaks were huge, much larger than a caulked corner. We also found that a section of roof that had always been a problem had been flashed with a small piece of metal. The roof ran into the wall causing a 20' dead spot. We offered several fixes but he rejected them. We went above the contract and installed modified bitumen flat roofing so that it would not leak in heavy rains or snow. As for the delay, 2011 was a year of material shortages and massive amounts of work. I made sure everything on this roof was done correctly, better than it was before, that we fixed things not in the contract, and fixed things we didn't break. I hope the client reconsiders his rating. He has a good job and a lot of free work done."

Jon Wright Roofing overall did a very good job.  Our service contact was Ryan Scott.  Ryan was very responsive and continually followed up throughout the process to make sure our expectations were being met.  The roofing crew arrived at the previously scheduled time each day.  The majority of the yard debris during roof removal was removed daily.  However, the crew was careless about debris damage to landscape around our house. Ryan Scott reassured us that any damage would be immediately replaced or repaired at no cost or effort to us.  Ryan followed through on every promise without hesitation.  This included promises on punctuality, service expectations, damage restoration, quality of installed roof and installation time.  Our roof was installed by hand hammering without nail guns.  We have a Jon Wright service warranty against leaks for 25 years in addition to the manufacturer's roofing material warranty.   The process took a little longer than our neighbor's roof repair, but the roof looks great.  Our builder friend who knows more about roofs than we do said it looks like a very good job (observing from the ground, not close inspection).  I would rate Jon Wright Roofing's responsiveness and service as excellent, roofing quality as very good, cleanliness and neatness as OK.  We could have easily found a less expensive roofer, but often you get what you pay for (or don't get what you don't pay for). We have personally recommended Jon Wright Roofing to our friends.

Ryan Scott with Jon Wright roofing is excellent. He took the time to make sure the work was done right and all of our questions were answered.  We had an existing problem with one of the rooms in the house being hot all of the time.  Ryan modified the ventilation when the roof was done and now that room is cool.

Jon Wright Roofing was fantastic.  We discussed several options and he visited with us several times while we weighed the options and made up our mind (this took us a while).  He also worked closely with the insurance company, as there were items we would not have been compensated for had we not had Jon Wright in our corner.  He worked for us all the way on negotiations with the insurance company.  His  Accountant (Mike) and Office Assistant (Veronica)  were very polite, helpful  and up front about all charges.  He also did frequent quality control checks while the work was being performed. Mike and Veronica were very helpful and always pleasant.  I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company or to use Jon Wright Roofing again.  As a professional realtor, he has worked for other clients of mine who were also very pleased. I would award  FOUR STARS!
