While the estimate was professional and timely, it was a high price point.

When I was trying to find a good tree service company, I did a lot of research on the subject as it related to me and checked into finding one of the best companies near Cottonwood Valley in Las Colinas. After working with Felix, of Felix Tree Service & Landscaping, I think I found them! It’s obvious that Felix has promoted a talent-oriented culture and has worked hard toward making his clients happy. He came to my home next day, gave me a reasonable quote, and scheduled the work within the week (and that weekend was Labor Day!). He remembered everything we talked about and instructed his guys to trim and cut down per our discussion. The tree was over our pergola and fence; yet, given their expertise and equipment, nothing was damaged. Further, they cleaned up so well it looked as though they were never there! Cost effective? Check! Professional? Check! Customer service oriented? Check! Great communication? Check! Reliable? Check, check! I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize their services!

It went great. Felix was cordial, clearly understood what I wanted done, performed the work on the same day as our first contact, did exactly what I requested, worked efficiently and charged a very reasonable price. Very happy!!!

Felix and his crew did a terrific job removing 20+ trees in our front and back yard, trimming trees, and grinding stumps. He was very responsive to provide a quote and begin service after meeting with him and communicated well throughout the process. He and his crew were very professional and responsive and would highly recommend him to others.

All 4 men were courteous and professional. Part of my fence had to be taken down to get the stump grinder in my back yard. While stump grinding, they considered attacking some exposed tree roots but because they were close to a sprinkler head they asked for my input. Everything was cleaned up and my fence put back up as if it was never touched. I will definitely call on them again for tree trimming.

My neighbor and I saw Felix and his crew working on some trees. We hired him to cut down 6 large pine trees and grind their stumps. He promptly began work the same week we agreed. He and his crew were very professional. They knocked out all the work in one day, cleaned up the site, and were great to work with from start to finish. The owner came back to receive payment and made sure I was happy with the work. During the process a sprinkler pipe got busted. I wasn’t expecting him to repair it but he looked for the break with me and also agreed to stop by and fix it free of charge. This was above and beyond my expectations. Felix has impressed me very much. I would recommend him to anyone who needs tree trimming or removals.

I reached out to Felix on a Sunday morning to get a quote on removing 2 trees from my front yard. He called me within minutes and was at the house to give me an estimate within 2 hours. He is very professional and has clearly set that expectation with his crew. They arrived on time the next morning to begin the work. They worked quickly and safely. They accidentally hit a sprinkler head while grinding one of the stumps. Gonzalo (the crew leader) was way more concerned about the sprinkler head than I was- he wasn’t going to stop until he made sure it was right. They checked with me multiple times through the process to make sure I was happy with the work and they were meticulous with their clean up. All of this AND Felix beat the other guys’ bids by several hundred dollars. Don’t hesitate to give Felix a call. He and his crew earned every bit of 5 stars!

Felix was amazing. He came by on Friday an hour after I called and gave a very reasonable offer to remove the tree (sadly couldn't be saved) and grind out the stump. He returned on Sunday with a large professional crew and all the equipment to get the job done quickly. The entire experience was absolutely one of the best I've had hiring contractors to do work. I have no hesitation in recommending Felix to anyone needing tree service!

Felix tree service did a fantastic job of cutting all those large branches over my house. They took down the tree cleaned up everything in the yard. Chipped up all the wood they cut down, they were finished in a few hours.

This company was great. It was a big project for them they came in trim the trees and not only did they trim them they also hauled everything off. We had had some extra stuff behind a shed and very kindly they offered the haul it off for us. They are efficient. The price was competitive and it was a good price and I would recommend any tree trimming dealings to this company they did a an amazing job with our front and our backyard.

Felix's team is fantastic! His team is very professional, efficient, courteous, and exceptionally conscientious. We are very happy with the results - turned the "jungle" in a small'ish back yard into an open and more inviting space. Side advantage is the mosquitoes seem to have disappeared too! I was so impressed with Felix and his Crew! Great guys!!! They showed up on time and went right to work. The tree was huge and old!! Excellent work and professional crew.

I met with Felix at noon discussed what I wanted done. We agreed on a price and his crew started and finished the work that after noon that was to be done at the first house. Came back the next morning and did the property line cut at the second house. When they finished, everything was cleaned up and looked great. I had used another service company for all my properties for prior years. From this point forward I will be using Felix Tree Services. Thanks for the great job. I normally do not write reviews but this was a really good job so I definitely took the time to write this review.
