Noel was the technician that did the heating and furnace system tune up. He came over at a reasonable time in the window mentioned by customer service. Noel was very efficient and open to take care of all aspects involved in a professional manner. They came in and destroyed my home. Over charged me by $2000 and then the compressor went out within 3 years and cost $2000 to fix. Now the fan went out and they wanted $700 more to fix when I expressed my concern about how much it cost and all the staff basically gave me the attitude that it sucks to be you and had no sympathy or understanding what so ever. This unit has averaged $550 a year in maintenance on a brand new unit. Biggest mistake And most costly mistake in my life

They will grossly overcharge. I needed 4 lbs. of freon and a capacitor. I was charged 800 and after leaving I started researching other companies and the going rate for what I had done should have been around 460. Thatà ¢à  à  s almost double which is exorbitant!

Sheldon was the technician that serviced my HVAC . He was thorough with finding where the problem was, showed and explained exactly what I needed and why I needed it. He also told me of what could occur if the part wasnâ t replace . He was very informative, knowledgeable , and sweet . I will specifically ask for him every time. Giovanni and Abel were fantastic, what they did was beyond good customer service. They did great and timely work. They were very cool to interact with. Best of all they went above and beyond to address the special needs of my particular situation. They had the right demeanor, the right skills, and thoughtful of others.
