The company was very responsive to my call for help, and everything went fine. The door of the water filter assembly had come apart in my hands when I started to replace the filter. The tech quickly figured out what was going on and got it back together and changed the filter. I highly recommend and would consider for any future appliance repairs.

Technician confirmed part needed through photos of issue and model number and serial number to ensure we got the right part. Part was received on time, and technician called to ask if he could arrive early on appointment day. Repair was completed quickly, and he ran a test to show me it was working properly. Technician completely cleaned repair area and took broken parts to dispose of them for us. Very reasonable price. Great communication and booking process. Would definitely use them again.

Well. Joey was courteous, fair, and professional.

Excellent, Joey was able to fit us in early, and had the repair done in less than 15 minutes, something Sears Repair Service told us fixing meant replacing our entire appliance. We now have a fully-functioning double-oven that hasn’t worked since we moved in 3 years ago.

Problem was quickly diagnosed and then I was informed of the cost and he rapidly and efficiently made the repair. Very satisfied with the work.

Joey was great! Our dryer and fridge both had issues. Joey quickly responded to my Angi repair request and worked me in the next day. He arrived within the 2 hr window he said he would. He really knew what he was doing and quickly got to work. He repaired the dryer and fridge in a little over an hour! The price was very reasonable. He replaced the heating element in the dryer. The fridge had a broken water line and he cut out the broken part and reattached the line and didn't even charge me for it! He was personable and professional. I was very pleased with the work Joey did and I will be calling him again. I will also be giving out his card to my friends and family that need appliances repaired! It is hard to find someone who is prompt, does a good job and doesn't cost an arm and a leg but Joey Proper is all that and more! Thanks, Joey!

Highly recommend anyone with an issue to call them first. We had other technicians come out and we were told this was a very complicated service and they were not capable of doing it. Finally Joey showed and had everything fixed in no time. Is was very evident the second he walked in that he was a true professional. His know and experience were top notch. Next time I have an issue there is no question that he will be my first call.
