I heard about Maria from one of my friend. My friend recommended her so i texted Maria to come home and provide us the quote. After several texts we got something scheduled, I asked about each and everything that my friend mentioned that Osmar cleaners do for them. I told Maria that i am very particular about cleaning and have been cleaning my house since we bought it. Maria looked at the condition of my house and said herself that my house is one of the cleanest houses that she has seen and she wont have to do the deep cleaning first time. I checked about everything from her specifically on the services that will be provided by her company - Cleaning Fans, baseboards, wiping switches, changing bed sheets, wiping window glasses, dusting lights and blinds, cleaning the microwave inside-out, Cleaning cooking range, kitchen sink etc. there were things that i asked and she said its not included like cleaning the fridge from inside, cleaning the patio etc. She gave me estimate of $120 for the first time and $90 for the regular schedule. we talked about scheduling the cleaning every 4 weeks. She left saying that she will schedule something for next week as soon she gets home. didnt hear anything from her for 2 weeks. Sent her text and she said she will let me know by the weekend. She texted me back on the weekend that she will send her crew on Thursday and scheduled it for 2.30 when i specifically asked for the time. On thursday morning i receive a text from her that for her crew since its going to be first time cleaning my house it will take more time than normal cleaning and the crew only works until 4.30 PM and 2 hours are not enough. She asked me if she can reschedule. I was okay. She said she will schedule something real quick for me for next week and let me know. i kept waiting the whole week, no text from her. I texted her back on next wednesday evening and asked her if she forgot about me and she said no i didn't forget about you. I have your house scheduled for tomorrow. oh really?? and when were you going to tell me then. i specifically asked for the time again and we got 2 pm scheduled. her crew came right in time. 3 ladies, 2 of them didn't know English at all and the 3rd was the interpreter for them. they started from upstairs, came downstairs, i gave them my vacuum as i didn't want them to use their vacuum on my expensive rugs and gave them my wood cleaning liquid (bona) and mop as i didn't want them to use water on wooden flooring. i didn't sit there and watch them as i didn't want them to fell awkward. (never had to do it with my previous cleaners). they were done with cleaning in an hour and 15 mins. i was so surprised but i thought maybe they are fast. Maria assured me that the supervisor is going to inspect everything before they leave but didn't see the supervisor doing that but i trusted them based on the review provided by my friend. When they were leaving they asked for the payment, i asked them if Maria told them anything about the amount they said no. i was going to write the check for $120 as we agreed on our first meeting and crew supervisor said suddenly Maria is saying $150. i was shocked. tried calling Maria, she didn't pick up. i texted her and she messaged me back saying its a hard work that my crew is doing and my notes say that i told you $150 for the first time. i tried calling her again but she didn't pick up. i didn't want to get into an argument so i wrote the check of $150. after they left i went in the kitchen to fix some food and found mess/food on the cooking range. didn't even look like it was cleaned. kitchen sink wasn't cleaned. the floor still had all the mess. the Rubber mats in kitchen had spots. Fridge door had streaks. i was freaked out after seeing all that and regretted that, is this what i paid $150 for? i called her right away and as usual she didn't pick up. She quickly texted back, do you want the ladies back. What? how did you know what i am calling you for? I said yes, thinking that i will show the ladies the issues and get them fixed. the ladies came back i started showing them the issues. the interpreter started telling the supervisor what i am talking about. They started talking to each other in Spanish and laughing. i asked them if they cleaned the fans, they said yes. then i showed the dust and the cob web in the bedroom fan. they laughed again. i showed them the dust on the dresser. they were again laughing. hair and dust under the toilet. Toilets were not cleaned properly. they just looked around, took out a cloth, dusted here and there and left again. Didn't even bother to clean the stuff that i mentioned wasn't cleaned. I texted Maria again and she tried to tell me that how my friend paid her $280 for a deep cleaning and her crew spent 5 hours there. really?? how is it going to change what the ladies did in my house? The condition my house was left after the crew left, i had to vacuum, clean the cooking range. Clean the fridge door, kitchen sink. bathroom mirrors as i wasn't even able to see my face because they were foggy after their cleaning. Toilets will be ready to clean again in couple days. And not to mention the Bona liquid's new bottle was left empty after cleaning the floors. Feeling so frustrated and bummed with the cleaning and the $150 that i wasted. I called my friend right away to tell her all about the service i received. She told me how frustrated she is from the recent deep cleaning that she received from Maria's crew and she agreed that what i am telling her sounds very familiar. After all this i don't think i will be hiring her again. for the first time cleaning you would think someone will do their best job to keep the business and the client but didn't look like that from her response.

Here lately, it's a constant battle. After they leave calling and asking them to do things that they should have done. They just add it to what they plan on doing the next time. Maria is good but the staff just rushes and does a lack luster job.

Maria is always great at scheduling us at a time that works well for our family, having a team show up when promised and getting it done quickly and efficiently. We love coming home to a clean house that smells good and look good for a great price!

I have been using these cleaners for about five years. They have always been reliable, thorough, and very flexible about adding cleanings at short notice or moving them. The house is always nice and fresh when they leave, and they do the work quickly and efficiently. Recently they got into a car accident on their way over, which I was notified about by text. I was so worried about them and assumed they wouldn't be cleaning that day after all. But when I got home from work, they had come and cleaned after all. I was amazed and impressed. Please give these ladies your business!

OSMAR has cleaned our house in Georgetown, Texas, for almost four years. They have proven to be reliable, dependable, and professional. A team of three women start working the minute they walk in my door. It usually takes between an hour to an hour and a half from start to finish. They dust all the furniture and shelves, the things on the wall, the drapes, blinds, etc. They change the sheets, re-make the beds, clean two bathrooms, bag up the trash, mop all the floors and vacuum the rugs. A few times I've had to reschedule, and Maria has found a way to work me in at another time. This is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I am retired and usually at home while they work. They are pleasant, courteous, and quiet as they work. By the time they leave, my house sparkles and smells fresh and clean. I originally found this service by reading reviews on Angie's List. I am more than pleased with them!

I am sorry to have to write this review. As a realtor, I have used Maria’s service for a few years and have referred her to others and have always been satisfied. On a recent remodel, the women came in and cleaned the house in just under an hour. There was no furniture, an easy clean. With that being said, I was surprised when one of the cleaners told me the charge was $160. I tried calling Maria 3 or 4 times and got no response. I paid and finally got hold of Maria. She was very surprised the clean was that quick and said she would she would send me a partial refund. After weeks of stalling/texts, telling me the check is in the mail, she still hasn’t sent a refund.

It never occurred to me to read her Angie’s list reviews until now. The positive ones are ones I would have written myself over the last few years. Her responses of the negative ones are like the texts I received from her regarding my refund. Downright crazy. I reminded her a couple times, only for her to then send be texts about damage to my Karma. Wow.

Use her services at your own risk. If she would conduct herself as she did to me after using and referring her services numerous times, what will she do with you? And this is someone you entrust with all the belongings in your house!

They sweep, mop, vacumn (rugs) all the floors; clean the bathrooms; dust and polish all furniture; change the sheets, make up the beds, empty the trash -- everything that needs to be done! They do this thoroughly, efficiently, and  professionally. When they leave, the whole house sparkles, shines, and smells fresh and clean again!

I have been using Osmar Cleaners for the last 4 months. And I am very happy having them to help me keep the house clean.

I've had the same crew of ladies coming every time so they know what I like them to focus on or not to do. They've been doing a great job cleaning, very courteous and mindful of my pet that does not appreciate large cleaning appliances :) Maria (the boss) responds fast to text messages and always reminds me a few days before my cleaning day.

I would recommend using these guys whether you need one time clean up or regular service. The cost is very good compared to others as well.

They do a really good job, a thorough job and they've been consistent and provide consistent cleaning. They are good around my dogs too. Sometimes we would miss each other and also they would come late.
