He was amazing to work with.  He completed the job quickly the first time, kept us informed of all issues as they arose, and the pricing was more than reasonable.  I have already referred him to family and friends.

My experience with them was fine.

Never spoke directly to them. We are in need of service before they would be able to do it.

John and his helper arrived at 800 am. I had the replacement drain so all John needed to do was to put it on. John did all the work and tested it three times to make sure there were no leaks. I know plumbing work is not inexpensive but I thought the amount for putting the drain in was more than I expected since I had the new drain and the discount from Angie's. The young men were very personable and I enjoyed the chatter.

Jon called to say he was running a bit behind schedule , but he still arrived shortly after the scheduled time.  He informed me of what work he would perform and did so in a timely manner.  His work is very professional and I would recommend him for any plumbing work.

It turned out good. They fixed the problem and came out last minute. They were very clean and efficient.

Took a couple weeks to get an appt. scheduled, but it was not an emergency, and I think they are just very busy. The work was explained in detail prior to starting, and it only took and hour or so to do everything. They were very professional and the work was top-quality; have not had any problems with any of their work. Will definitely use them in the future.

The service was excellent.  The crew was polite, laid clothes to protect the carpet, were

efficient, explained everything extremely well, and cleaned up to the point I never knew they

were there.  We are having them back January 12 to replace a water softener and further

in the future to replace two toilets to design for tall people.

They were here early and done within an hour and twenty minutes. Could not be any happier!

Fast response with making appointment.  I ended up not needing the service because I was able to fix the problem myself.

They were very professional!  They quickly inspected the work and explained that the age of the home and the plumbing would require an extra $150 to complete.  They completed the task quickly and fixed it right!

Jon and his helper were punctual, neat and efficient. Jon offered an inexpensive toilet and then a $500 model. He said he didn't mention the expensive one right away because he didn't want to push an expensive model in case it was more than I could spend. In retrospect that struck me as ingenuous: I think he could see that we were able to afford it just by looking around our house. He said he had the expensive toilet and it was the only one used by five people and had never had any problems.
I had checked Consumer Reports and found a less expensive but highly rated toilet which I asked him to get. He ordered it and installed it in short order. But when he gave me the bill, the cost of the toilet was $100 more than the price I'd seen. He told me that was for the three year warranty, which we hadn't discussed, and said "it was just part of the package." I didn't think fast enough to tell him that we never bought extended warranties and I didn't want it. When I showed the bill to my husband he said, "I know how to fix a toilet and they never break," but he didn't thing want to pursue it.
I had intended to have Jon come back to replace a second and probably a third toilet, but the addition to the bill of something I hadn't ordered left me feeling uncomfortable, like I'd been taken advantage of. The fact that the toilet has plugged up twice and is impossible to unplug with an industrial sized plunger is most likely not a plumbing problem: I'm afraid Consumer Reports made a mistake on this model.

This experience (my first) with American Eagle Plumbing was great. About a month ago, we had a tub diverter go bad in our main bathroom. Since the spout was part of a matching set (with the shower head and the water control handle), I wanted to get a spout that would match. I wasn't quite sure how to track this down, so I contacted American Eagle. Jon got back to me right away and said he'd see if he could find it. I texted him some pictures of what I had, and he was able to find the part I needed. He also informed me that Price Pfister had a lifetime warranty on the spout I needed to replace; therefore, I wouldn't have to pay for a new spout. He took care of contacting Price Pfister and ordering the part. They said it would ship out in 8 to 10 days. Unfortunately, it never did come (or at least, hasn't come yet), so I asked Jon if he could find a spout that would come close to matching, which he did. He was able to come out on very short notice to replace the tub spout. The replacement was almost a perfect match! He also checked to make sure that replacing the spout didn't result in any new issues/leaks.
In short, Jon was super on top of things, easy to reach by text/cell, and nice to work with.

Arrived on scheduled time.  Discussed the job, what we thought needed to be done.  He discussed our options as well as some considerations we were unaware of with the setup we had.  Nothing pushy, just informative.  Determined that one thing we thought was going to be needing attention in fact functioned for him ('frozen' hot water turn off) and we didn't need to replace that, saving us $100 on the bill.  Answered all other questions we had and was very friendly through out his time here.  We would have no reservations about hiring him again if needed.

He and his assistant were very nice and had a scense of humor, which I like.  Their price was very reasonable.  I would most certainly use them again.

The service went great, he offered good suggestions to limit future repairs, was in a dn out quickly.
