I purchased the Big Deal from American Eagle Plumbing to replace my very leaky outside hose faucet. First off, there was some confusion as to the date and what I needed to do to facilitate the installation of the new faucet. In reviewing the confusion, it was entirely my fault. Still, Jon (the owner of American Eagle Plumbing) handled my error with both grace and charm. We rescheduled the installation and it went great. Jon was prompt, professional, and effective. For the first time in years I can turn on the hose and not cause a flood under the faucet. I would not hesitate to call American Eagle Plumbing again in the future and I have already referred a few of my friends to him that are in need of plumbing services!

Very easy fix to our problem. I will use this company in the future for plumbing needs.

I had a problem with my current faucet leaking, even with the inside shut off in place. Jon made a recommendation to replace the shut off and then a couple other recommendations, one of which saved me money. He went ahead to install both the shut off and the outside faucet. He was on time, professional, gave me good recommendations and cleaned up well after his work in my basement. I would definitely use him again.

John was great, came actually a day early (called to see if that was ok), ended up spending extra money, as he had to do some extra work that I wasn't expecting, so didn't have a chance to check to see if that was reasonable, but he did a great job, was very nice and would use him again. I had to wait almost a month because the company was running a special and was backed up- not a big deal. My leaky outdoor faucet was replaced and the new one looks good and functions great. There was an additional charge for needing to saw into our basement ceiling and get to the pipes there, but it was a very reasonable amount ($50) considering the time that was spent. I was impressed with how thorough the job was. I expected it would be a 20min. job that stayed outside. I am confident that my faucet is going to remain leak free for many many years.

John called to set up the appointment, and on the day of the appointment called again to see if I could meet him earlier as his schedule was flexible. He came promptly at the agreed upon time and quickly and efficiently replaced the outdoor faucet. He cleaned up after the job and made sure I was aware of exactly what he did and how he did it. Very professional. I would use American Eagle Plumbing for other plumbing jobs based on my experience with this coupon promotion.

Quick, pleasant experience.

Bought a deal advertised on Angie's to replace a faucet for $49. On day of appointment, he was late, however he did call and alert me to the delay. He did show up promptly for the and quot;revisedand quot; time. As I feared, the work required additional cost to and quot;updateand quot; old plumbing work. He quoted an additional price that I agreed to. After he had gotten part way into the work, he said the job was more complicated than he thought - To access the outside pipe, he would have to enter a crawl space and add a an elbow (which complicated the job) - thus, the price had to be adjusted! He was apologetic and said he had gotten turned around in the basement and confused. At that point, with things and quot;part-wayand quot; done, I felt I had little choice but to give him the go-ahead to finish. At the end of the job, he did re-adjust his price, once again apologising for the problems. At the end of the job, the work was done satisfactorily.

Jon was great! Was able to come out the next day and got the work done same day. Very pleasant guy.

The plumber called us and made an appointment (which was great because I had forgotten about the coupon) and he showed up right on time. As it turned out he had to cut a hole in the sheetrock inside the house to get at the outside faucet, but that was okay with us because it was in the basement and my husband can do an easy repair if we ever finish that part of the basement. He charged us an extra $25 for the extra work of getting to the faucet which I thought was a fair fee - he did a good job, no problem.

I've had a leaky outdoor faucet for years so when this company offered a $49 Angie's deal to fix it, I jumped on it. My faucet had to be soldered in place and the copper pipes were inside the wall, so I was charged an extra $25 to cute a hole in the sheetrock inside the house, which I thought was very reasonable. The first solder didn't take, so he had to cut a larger hole and start over, this time using a hotter flame, so the whole job took about an hour. Other than leaving a few muddy smudges on my storm door, the work area was left clean. I put a drop cloth on my carpeted stairs when I noticed he wasn't taking off his boots to come in the house, which was understandable since he had to work both inside and outside to fix the faucet. He noticed that after he shut off the water to the house, the water shutoff valve was slowly dripping. He tried to just tighten the nut, but said the whole valve needs to be replaced at some point. I may do this in October when he plans on running another special. I was happy with the service and am thinking about having him replace my kitchen sink and faucet.

Very professionally and knowledgeable. Not afraid to do the work, even though some of it was in some tight spots. Very happy.

They were very easy to contact and I don't recall my calls ever going to voicemail. They arrived promptly and even slightly before the scheduled time. Since access was drywalled off beneath the stairs, he cut a clean access door out for getting at the pipes without damaging any other nearby drywall. The work took 15-25 minutes and when it was finished it looked and functioned perfectly. It was a simple job and he did it quickly and painlessly. Also, he was helpful to advise me with why the stairwell might be drywalled off (fire code) and whether I could leave it open as storage space. He was courteous throughout.

I purchased a Angie's Deal for $50.00 Outdoor Faucet replacement. The indoor shut off valve had to be replaced for an additional $125.00. Jon was very professional!

Jon was great! He did the work in a quick and professional manner. I bought the big deal for $49 and then spent another $50 because extra work was required to cut into sheet rock to remove the old faucet. I knew about the extra charge before for the work began so there was no surprise when the work was completed. I was Jon's last appointment of the day and he waited an extra 1/2 hour for me to show up because I was late so we wouldn't have to reschedule. I am very happy with the overall experience and would use his services again!

I paid $49 for Angie's List Big Deal outdoor faucet replacement. That morning of my appt I started to question whether I needed it. I tried to call the company at 7am to cancel my 8am appt but no answer (too early). Then at 7:50 the technician Jon called to say he would be at my house in 10 min. I told him I wasn't sure if I even needed the faucet changed. He was so nice and said that since he was almost there he would come and check it. He checked it and said it didn't need replacing and said I could have a refund of my $49.He drove 40 miles to get to my house.

It was good. They came out quick and gave a quote. They were quick, professional, and knowledgeable.

John is a great guy and he is very focused on his work. He knows what he is doing and did a great job.
